Went today to purchase guava pastelitos. Was told they were out but they had a different type of guava pastry. I purchased 3. Turned out 1. No guava at all. 2. Gave me a different type (coconut). Daughter is allergic to nuts, thank God I saw it before she touched it.
Called to complain, owner’s wife took the call. Didn’t like the complaint, so she hung up on me. Great Customer Service. Avoid this place. Arcos and Lyndhurst Bakery are better options.

I been coming to this establishment for years. I moved away and still came here. I noticed over the year the service has gone down significantly. Truly a shame because this was one of the best places in kearny in my opinion. Similar to some reviews, I got the wrong order and I called to remediate the issue and the lady who picked up hanged up on me. I called again and they hanged up again. If the staff is rude or slow when placing an order, make sure you double check before leaving. The incompetence is ridiculous

I came on two separate occasions to buy a $28 cake and I’ve been disappointed twice. The first time the cake was dry and hard as a rock. When I went the second time I asked them if the cake was made on the same day and they told me it was fresh.
Unfortunately I purchased a tres leche cake and it was absolutely dry and not worth the $28.
Never going here again.

Flavor was amazing , decoration was even better , and delivery was on time and in 80 degree temp outdoor it withstand about an 2 hour .

I only have had the Ropa Vieja Sandwich and I always order the green sauce n that mix the sandwich with green sauce is BOMB!!! It’s so tastyyyy. I always order through Uber eats it takes a lot of time but I know it doesn’t depends on the restaurant. They always send me a free thank you pastrie I give them a 100/100 on their sandwiches and the service ❤️

I haven’t been to Domingos in years, I use to frequent this place years ago a lot but after this last visit, I don’t think I’ll be back. The food quality has dropped a lot, and the service was honestly terrible.
My order came out wrong, and when I tried to explain it, the server flat-out refused to listen. She acted like I didn’t know what I ordered and wouldn’t even try to fix it. I ended up stuck with food I didn’t want because she refused to acknowledge the mistake. What made it even worse was what happened afterward — she went to the back and started talking about me to her coworkers.
I was telling my boyfriend about this experience I had and he told me he had the same experience with the same lady she is a skinny black hair darker lady, and he stopped going as well.

I can not stop raving about my cakes I have gotten through Domingo! Each time I had gotten a cake they never failed to impress. Also DELICIOUS! I never had one issue. Everyone at our parties couldn’t stop staring at the cake. We didn’t want to cut it it was so beautiful. It’s always a plus when it tastes just as good as it looks!!! We will always use Domingo!! Pic of the last cake that was made!
