Shout out to the Balboa Pizza at Domenicks in Byram! You’re only seeing half because the other half was gone before I could snap a photo! Ribeye steak with peppers and onions.
So good!

I picked up a Too Good To Go bag here. (Check out the app.) 4 XL Slices with toppings for $6.99+ sales tax. A good deal! Tasty! Recommended

I went on Saturday night during the soft opening and ordered the meat lover’s pizza. Great quality ingredients and a nice thin crust. Very friendly staff. Delicious! A welcome addition to our neighborhood!

Love the meatballs & the lunch special. I like that this place is simple & not super expensive like everywhere else. It is not a place to bring a date or birthday or anything like that, but a place for a quick lunch/dinner stop on a low-key day

Domenick’s Pizza drops into Byram like a fresh stack of twenties after a bad night at the track. The locals are foaming at the mouth. Domenick Pisano Jr. knows the game, he’s been slinging food long enough to know what people actually want. No frills, no nonsense, just damn good eats. Pizza the way it should be, greasy enough to make you forget your problems, crispy where it counts. Wings, fat Italian sandwiches, burgers that don’t come out of a freezer, pasta loaded with old family secrets. Even the kale eaters get their little gluten free, vegan friendly bones thrown at them.
The steak sandwich is all ribeye, no weird mystery meat. The burgers are Omaha beef, smashed, stacked, dripping with enough sauce to make you question your life choices. There’s one with bacon and a runny egg if you want to start the day with dignity, another smothered in Swiss, mushrooms, and a smoky steak sauce that sticks to your soul. And then there’s his mother’s fried eggplant patties, simple, perfect, like something out of a kitchen where people actually gave a damn.
A few seats inside, enough to sit, chew, and pretend life isn’t kicking you around. The town bigwigs show up, talking about how Byram is turning into some Little Hoboken fantasy. Whatever. All that matters is the pizza is hot, the sandwiches are real, and you’ll be back because you can’t help yourself.

When I called was put on hold and heard them talking nasty about customers. Food was undercooked and salty. Waited 45mins when was told it’ll be done in 20mins. I asked how long when I got there they said a few mins as if I didn’t see them put the pizza in the oven as I walked in. No accountability taken no apology just undercooked food.
