This place is amazing! Everything we ordered was outstanding. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The French onion soup had a deep, hearty broth and the homemade desserts were by far the best desserts I’ve ever had. This restaurant is our new favorite place to eat in town and it may be the only place we bring friends and family to in the future!

Our first time trying Domellie’s was their opening weekend and WOW were we blown away by the food! The prime rib appetizer was so delicious, and the fillet medallions course with pan fried potatoes was cooked to absolute perfection! Also to note was the staff – we were greeted by an incredibly kind young man at the Host table that set the tone. Our waitress was very personable, attentive and provided excellent service as well. Chef Matt even made it out of the kitchen to chat with us about our meal which we loved! We took cheesecake desserts to-go and those were also tasty! Cannot say enough GREAT things- Highly recommend!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Absolutely five stars across the board. The steaks were phenomenal, cooked to absolute perfection. The cocktails were inventive and delicious—a must-try! But what tied it all together was the exceptional staff and service. Every person we interacted with was friendly, polished, and efficient. We went for a date night, and everything was truly outstanding. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Ahi Tuna and Prime Rib Canapes were delicious appetizers. Both steak entrees were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the sides were equally great. And the dessert — apple cheesecake crumble — was awesome. What a terrific idea to have rotating homemade desserts each day! The cocktails were terrific, too. This is a special place that will hopefully be a Brookings staple for many, many years to come.

Cool atmosphere, the staff was friendly, and worked well as a team, and the food was fresh and delicious. This was our first time, so we did not know we should have a reservation, but were offered to be seated at the bar right away as an option.

Had an amazing date night! We both ordered the sirloin steaks, which were incredibly savory and cooked perfectly. The baked potato sides were also flawless, fluffy and well prepared. Our salads were a great, fresh and light start to the meal. While we were too full to try dessert, we heard they are excellent. Highly recommend for a steak dinner! Just a little noisy on a busy night because of the atmosphere, but very reasonable in a booth.

The entire dining experience was wonderful! The mushroom appetizer, lobster Mac and cheese, brushless sprouts, French onion soup, desserts, etc! Our group tried a little bit of many things and everything was delicious! The cocktails were wonderful and the service was top notch. I will be back the next time I’m in Brookings.

I loved every part of my experience! We were welcomed with smiles and excitement! Our server was attentive! And our food was AMAZING! We had the canapé appetizer, a steak, and rosemary garlic chicken. All were 10/10 and would order again! I recommend Domellies!

My server Gabby was great! The food was impressive. I had the maple bacon pork chop and it was very good! Tastes like something they made fresh, very home made tasting. Best tasting sit down food in Brookings. Foods little pricey but worth it! Don’t leave hungry.
