We’ve been crafting elegant wines for almost 20 years in the quiet hills of Lyle, Washington. In November 2023, we opened the Domaine Pouillon Wine Bistro in Lyle to bring our wines and love of good food closer to you! Stop in for a delicious meal and pair it with a glass of award-winning wine. The views here can’t be beat! The Wine Bistro is open Thurs-Sun 11am-6pm. Our lunch menu features seasonal specialties: sandwiches, comforting soup, and so much more. All of our food is made from scratch in-house from the finest ingredients. Wow! This newly renovated space that now houses the Domaine Pouillon Wine Bistro (and the Confluence Cafe!) boasts not only a stunning view of the Columbia River, but has some awesome options for food! The Domaine Pouillon wines are always a favorite–there are flights available, as well as glass pours and bottle sales–and staff that will happily pair your food and wine. On Thursdays, they serve up freshly shucked oysters in addition to housemade soups, salad, cheese plates and more!
Once you visit, you’ll certainly want to include this in your rotation!

We are super excited about this new wine bistro in Lyle! We loved the wines so much (and the bistro) that we joined their wine club. My last visit was for oyster night with my two adult kids. The views, wines, food and people will blow you away!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Domaine’s fantastic selection of wines and small plates at their first tasting room and I thought they couldn’t outdo themselves. I was wrong! The new bistro is superb! The attention to detail they take with their craft has not fallen short with the new space. The view is stunning and the space is warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to experience it in the summer.

Absolutely awesome place! One, the location is epic–right on highway 14 with two rivers between towering landscapes, wind surfers and salmon splattering the water, trains and boats coming and going, and the tasting room includes a coffee cafe and broad wood deck! Two, the wine–some of the highest compliments I’ve ever heard from my wine tour guests; and food–I had the sourdough beef pesto sandwich, so good. Three, the people–owners Alexis and Juliet and manager Sarah, just wonderful people and hosts with a wonderful vineyard up the hill, and now this fantastic new tasting room and bistro–which is more than enough reason to pass through the adorable town of Lyle!

Domaine Poullion never ceases to impress! This gorgeous new tasting room has spectacular views of The Gorge, delicious lineup of wines, beautiful nibbles and Jana’s hospitality and wine knowledge are top notch! Where the Klickitat River meets the Columbia River, this is a must visit!
