Salmon teriyaki was nice. Salmon was broiled well, still a little moist and not dry, so that was nice. The sauce was a little too sweet but the salmon itself was not too sweet. The miso soup was also nice, not too salty like at some sushi restaurants. One other thing I will say about the food is there was a cooked caterpillar fella — see photo — in one of the edamame, that almost got in my mouth by pure chance I noticed him I was initially grossed out but he was dead and cooked so it was not too bad and so I started finding it amusing anyway he was inside the pea so I don’t blame the restaurant.
On pickup time, they were probably 10 minutes late (30 minutes instead of 20 minutes after order), but it was fine. Didn’t bother me.

I’ve ordered takeout from Doma Sushi several times and it’s consistently excellent. The fish is always incredibly fresh and each order is carefully prepared. What I love most is how clean and well balanced everything tastes. Unlike other places that tend to over season, Doma’s sushi never feels heavy or leaves me feeling uncomfortable.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night around 7:30pm. Seating was immediate and service was prompt. Staff is very friendly and overall very communicative. Our food orders came in a timely manner and presentation wise very nice. Fish was very fresh and the flavors of their special rolls were built very well. Overall really enjoyed my experience.

The sushi was okay, I’ve definitely had better in terms of taste, presentation, and quality of fish, but I really enjoyed the udon. The noddles were thick and delicious!

Enjoyed dinner here. Would recommend. The gyoza were excellent. Enjoyed the chicken katsu very much.
Was pleasantly surprised by the nice service and excellent prices.
Takoyaki was light on the octopus. I’d rather pay an extra dollar or two for more meat.

We hadn’t been to Doma for many years but it used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, it is deteriorated pretty badly – more of a take out place with fine cheap sushi. No vibe and the food just wasn’t very good. Dok bok ki was the wrong consistency (crunchy not soft). The tuna nachos were chips with a tiny side of minced tuna in a plastic cup. And the Doma roll had way too much cucumber as a wrapper and the tuna was minced and flavorless and did not resemble the description at all (no avocado or mango in sight).

Clean, peaceful, and relaxing sushi spot after a tiring day at Philly museums. Service was fast and prices reasonable. There was a great variety of sushi and it was fresh and tasty! Highly recommend the Doma roll which is a great low carb option! Spicy AgeTofu was also great!

We love Doma! Go to spot for sure. Friendly service, delicious food, love the rock shrimp! Boa buns always delicious. Interior is a bit bland, but the food and service totally make up for it. Check them out – you will enjoy!

Came by Doma for a Friday afternoon dinner and really enjoyed it. We didn’t have any issues grabbing a seat without a reservation around 5pm.
Some quick facts: Doma accepts cash or card, and is BYOB. There is actually a beer store literally 20 feet from the front door, so it’s easy to grab some options if wanted.
We grabbed a few different rolls and some appetizers and enjoyed them all. We particularly enjoyed the Island roll. The service was also great overall. I’d recommend swinging by!
