We didn’t think to make reservations but they get pretty busy on Friday nights. We put our names down and were instructed to go wait in our car, which was slightly weird, but understandable because they don’t have much space. We got the vegetable dumplings, and the jjambbong. They both hit the spot, though service was a bit off. We asked for the yellow radish, which usually comes with the jjambbong. When we got it, we realized they didn’t put any vinegar on it so we had to ask did that too.

My wife and I saw a tik tok talking about Dolsot house and we didn’t know what to expect. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. It’s was popping. The food was fantastic, authentic, and if you wanted, which I did you could make it as spicy as you wanted.

My wife got wings and the the Korean hoagie and loved it. I got the baby octopus udon and veggie dumplings both were filling and very flavorful.

I did not have any wings but my wife said they were the best wings she has had in the area hands down

They start you out with an assortment of light fair which also was fantastic

Highly recommend that you stop by and give it a try

We visited Dolsot House and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was busy, but surprisingly we didn’t have to wait long at all. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
As soon as we sat down, they brought out the kimchi and side dishes everything was so fresh and flavorful. The fried chicken was crispy and tasty, definitely one of my favorites. My partner and I shared a few different plates, and we loved every single one. He was the one who brought me here, and I’m so glad he did. We’ll definitely be coming back

I recently ate at Dolsot House in Cherry Hill, NJ, and it was such a fun and memorable experience. The restaurant itself is small and tight, but it has a welcoming and lively vibe that definitely seems to appeal more to a younger crowd. It is the kind of spot that feels energetic and cozy at the same time.

The food was the real star. The chicken wings were the crispiest I have ever had, perfectly fried with an amazing crunch in every bite. The beef and chicken dishes were so tender and flavorful, with the bulgogi standing out as a must try. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the meat was cooked to perfection.

One thing to note is that the food comes out super hot, fresh from the oven. It is not spicy hot, but temperature hot, so you will want to give it about 15 to 20 minutes to cool down before diving in fully.

Overall, Dolsot House is a great spot in Cherry Hill if you are looking for bold, delicious flavors in a lively setting. Between the crispy wings, tender bulgogi, and fresh hot dishes, it is a place that leaves you excited to come back.

We’ve been here a couple of times and feels like the service have gone down and the quality of the food is not the same. Maybe the kitchen was just busy by the volume of their take out or pick up orders but we waited longer than usual for our food. My wife’s food was very dry so she barely touched it, if it’s supposed to be mixed with some kind of sauce then it should have been served with it or readily available at the table not for the customer to guess. The wings were mixed…a few wings were questionable with the amount of pink on the inside. It could definitely be cooked better. We had them before and it wasn’t like what we had. Hopefully…it’ll be better next time.

As soon as you walk in, the aroma of fried mandu and sesame oil greet you. The restaurant’s crowded. You get a good feeling about this place.

When in Rome, do as the romans do. And when you enter Dolsot House, order a dolsot. Dolsot refers to the stone pot that creates a hard, crispy layer of rice at the bottom like the socarrat in a great paella. Wait until the sizzling stops, take your spoon, and scrape all the way down from the sides to mix up the entire bowl. Fluffy rice, crispy rice, gooey egg, fatty pork, soft vegetables with a tad of chew left in them, bound together by a sweet-spicy sauce and the aroma of sesame oil. What more could you want in a dish?

Banchan and pajeon were great. The garlic-forward kimchi stole the show in the opening bites; all the vegetables were pleasantly firm, fully cooked but not exactly soft. The pajeon crisped up nicely with some caramelized allium flavor, contrasting against the chewy mushy batter. Sauce had plenty of acid to lighten up the fried food.

The only negative thing about this place was the slip-up about dietary restrictions—twice! Maybe something went wrong with the ticketing system. Be more careful. Good thing it’s a restriction and not an allergy. Service was otherwise great.

Overall, I can’t wait to dine here again. This was some of the best Korean food I’ve had.

This place is excellent! Tried a few different items here and every single one of them were amazing. The wings were sticky and crispy, the pancake was moist and flavorful, bbq pork was tense, dumplings were great and the barley tea was refreshing to wash it all down. Highly recommend.

Owner was super nice and personable as well!

Great place for korean food. The bibimbap was delicious, my bf loved it. The seafood pancake was a favorite of mine. However, the Korean fried chicken was meh for both of us. We’ve just had better elsewhere. Overall food was great! Plenty of parking. Lovely place if you are craving korean food.
