I had the Motz Panini, and I thought it was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the basil pesto they used on the sandwich it really brought the flavors together. I also had an Italian ice, which was pretty good as well. I highly recommend you get a to-go box full of pastries and cookies for home; you won’t regret it.

I like to support locals business, however when I came here with my kid for a special treat we did not have a pleasant experience due to poor customer service. They were cleaning the floors and all the chairs were on top of the tables. I asked “are you open?” and was unkindly told “yes, but we have to clean!” Which I get, but no effort was made to help us to chairs so we had no choice but to pick our items and leave. Felt like we were inconveniencing whomever was working, which is a bummer

This Gainesville bakery is superb. Each time I visit my mother we purchased our festive cakes from Rose. They go beyond the call of duty each time, whether using a sugar photograph of my mother that I bring from New York or adding hand-picked fresh flowers. Hurray! Delicious! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, took a picture (sorry I was half way through when I thought to take one) have gone here since 2017 and will continue to come here every chance I get. The baked goods are to die for and are worth the extra calories burned on the treadmill and the breakfast/lunch menus are well thought out and delicious (I have tried them all through out the years). Ladies please continue to be amazing, I can’t wait to taste what you have next!
