Sooooo yes this is a bakery, however they have the most amazing Prosciutto and Arugala pizza. You do yourself a disservice by not dining at the neighborhood gem. Great customer service with products that are consistenly amazing.

Ordered a lobster tail and one chocolate cannoli, one pistachio. Overall, well executed. Textures were all fairly spot on, but flavors fell a bit flat.
Cream in the lobster tail had a nice eggy custard flavor with a subtle subtle hint of warm spices, bordering on egg nog.
The ricotta filling in the cannoli fell a bit flat though. Not much flavor and maybe a bit oversweetened. A touch of citrus would be nice and expected. Shells had a nice texture but were a bit dense and thick compared to others I’ve had.
Will likely be back to try other items.

Authentic pizza and desserts. Relaxed environment with folks coming and going. Biscottis are perfectly seasoned. Good spot for a nice conversation.

Dolce Sicilia is a family owned Sicilian bakery that exceeds expectations. I met the owner who immigrated to the US from Sicily and brought his incredible Italian baking traditions with him. Everything is made fresh and you can truly taste the difference. The ciabatta bread was incredibly delicious, warm, and fresh. It’s the kind of bread you eat and don’t get a stomach ache afterwards because it only contains flour, water, yeast, and salt.
The pastries included many of the classic options including Italian wedding cake, biscotti, and various types of cookies. My brother, who normally avoids coffee, mentioned that he was shocked at how delicious the latte was that he ordered here.
When you take a bite of the food, you feel happy, simple as that. If I lived in Denver full-time, I’d order from this bakery at least once per week. Try it out, thank me later.

I am not from CO, so I didn’t know where to go for a REALLY GOOD AUTHENTIC ITALIAN LOAF of bread! I so happy that I was able to find Dolce Sicilia Italian Bakery because their bread is absolutely incredible! I ordered the caprese focaccia, two pastries, a cup of coffee, and a loaf of ciabatta bread! The focaccia was nothing less than exquisite! It was a pretty big size too! (6” by 6”) It had fresh mozzarella and baby tomatoes with a touch of basil that smelled like it was picked from a garden this morning! I couldn’t help but big in before taking some photos! All the staff were so friendly including a very nice young woman from southern Italy that had such a beautiful accent! My grandmother is Italian so believe me when I say there is a difference between Americans and Italians making bread! Americans can make some pretty yummy dishes but leave it to the Europeans to make high quality breads! My overall experience was stellar! There are only two things that I would critique. One is that the FREE water dispenser was not full, however it was quickly refilled soon after I asked! I love that they have the water dispenser because it really gives an “I care about my customers” vibe. The second would be the air conditioning. It is a little bit hot in here, however, I can’t give them hell for it because it’s mostly likely because of the ovens making FRESH BREAD!!! 11/10 recommend!!!

I am so grateful that we have found this hidden gem. About a 40 minute drive from us that is well worth it. All the food and pastries are very fairly priced. So far we have enjoyed everything that we have tried. The sandwiches, rice balls, and pizza are so delicious. All the pastries I have tried are so authentic and take me on tour of Italian flavors. I love their croissants and lobster tails. The apricot croissants are my favorite but I also enjoy any of their pastries with ricotta. The biscotti is on point in the most fabulous with the cappuccino or espresso.

A slice of Sicily right here in Denver! I love the calzones and cannoli. Bread is backed fresh daily. A lovely place to eat in, as you would in Sicily, or take home. Pizza and all
the sweets you could imagine. We love Dolce Sicilia!

I love this traditional old school Italian bakery. My favorites are the fresh cannoli, plain without toppings but they’re all delicious. Also, almond biscotti, S Cookie, pignoli nut cookies. Order an espresso with any of those pastries, perfection

What a great find! A bakery, Italian specialty store, and fresh food. The Gelato is is good. The marshmallow Gelato has marshmallows in it. I combined thay with the dark chocolate. Yum! I got an almond cookie. I wanted to see how it tested against an almond from the East coast that I had learned to make. It was perfect. I hope to be in this area again soon for another visit.
