Doherty’s is always amazing. The food is delicious and the service is great! Shout out to Megan who was super sweet and funny. I think people need to keep in mind this is probably one of the busiest restaurants in the area which means despite more than adequate staffing food takes time to cook. It’s worth the wait. Also shout out to the staff tonight because during our visit there was a rude older couple who even complained about not getting a bag for their 1 takeout box and despite that the staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. Seriously you cannot go wrong with Doherty’s. Always delicious!

Came here with my girlfriend the other day. The food is very good, definitely recommend it if you’re in the mood for some good Irish food. First started off with the Irish egg rolls (which were some of the best egg rolls I’ve had. Basically like a Reuben but in egg roll form. The sauerkraut and corned beef were excellent and it comes with a very unique and addictive thousand island dressing which can be used with a lot of other items. We got the spinach and artichoke dip as well, which a nice difference that they have with theirs is it a toasty on the top layer and you get some very fresh pitas. I also got the soup of the day which was a Hungarian mushroom soup. This one was kind of disappointing. It tasted of a stroganoff to some degree, the taste of the soup didn’t really pop out to me. For the main meals I got the Sheppards Pie, which was great and of the quality I’ve had in Ireland before. My girlfriend got the fried Dublin Chicken Sandwich, which was cooked perfectly, a little on the crispier side, right up my alley way. And then we finished off with the banana cheesecake, which had somewhat of a cinnamony taste, it was amazing. Our server was also really cool, friendly as can be, great service, don’t know her name because our original server swapped out with her and I don’t recall her telling her name.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to Doherty’s for their extensive menu, delicious food, and good service. However, today I accidentally left some important papers on the table, and when I returned immediately, I was told they had already been thrown away.
While I understand that staff need to clear tables quickly to serve other customers, there’s a basic level of common sense involved, if someone leaves behind papers, notebooks, IDs, or any non-disposable items, they should be set aside safely or at least reviewed before being tossed. I came back in less than two minutes and was simply told, “it’s already in the trash, there’s nothing we can do, sorry” showing no concern and zero effort to help.
This wasn’t just a human mistake, it was a failure of basic protocol. I truly hope this never happens to anyone else, because the staff showed no empathy or willingness to support a loyal customer in a frustrating situation. This experience has left me with absolutely no desire to return.

All our food was excellent. We have been here before. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. We plan to return. Our meals were Fish & Chips and Corned Beef and Cabbage. Also enjoyed the seafood bisque. Very delicious!!

Pretty good food, a bit heavy on the grease but not extremely bad. A bit pricey as well. The service was great. The music and TV content was an odd choice for an Irish pub-like place. I’d give it a five if not for the slightly subpar food and high price.

So glad to see the prices rise: yes that’s correct. The meatloaf portion is that big ol’ huge block of wonderfulness that lasts 2 meals from boxed left overs. The seasonal pumpkin martini was a real treat!

Seven adults and a baby on a Sunday afternoon. Fish and chips, burgers, shepherd’s pie and a Philly cheesesteak were all delicious. This is my second time there & the second time I’ve been impressed with the food and service.
