A new Restaurant on the Parker Arizona strip, My first experience this afternoon. I ordered a “Sonora Dog basket”. This consists of a bacon wrapped dog ,pinto beans, onion, tomato, mustard, mayo, jalapeno, on a bolillo roll. The basket comes with seasoned crosscut fried potato’s It was very good and I recommend it. Service was excellent , I dined on the dog on an outside table, they also offer takeout. Next time I plan on ordering a “Seattle Dog” that looks good on the Menu.

I ordered the polish dog and a side of waffle fries and it was excellent! The bun was fresh, light, and fluffy, the hotdog was big with lots of flavor and the sauerkraut was fresh and delicious as well!! The waffle fries had tons of flavor, wasn’t greasy and light and airy. I highly recommend this spot and I’ve heard the pizza is even better! These new owners know what they are doing and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. 10/10 will be coming back for sure!

Passed this place several times on the Parker Strip. I’ve got to say, if you claim to be the “DogFather” then you better be able to back it up. First off, it took 20 mins to get the food. I ordered a regular dog with Ketchup and mustard. My wife got the chicago dog. The bakery where they get their buns is amazing. That’s where the positive review stops. The hotdogs were small OscarMyers hotdogs. My wife’s was cold, the celery salt had covered the pickle to where it was almost inedible. The waffle frys were so over seasoned that we couldn’t finish them. The seating area is small and cramped. We got up and let someone else have our seats while we waited for them to ring us up (5 mins later). We were there at lunch time and they seamed completely unprepared for a lunch crowd of 11 people. The real kick in the nuts was the $25 bill that followed….save your money and go to literally any convince store at 2 am for better dogs and service. Nice people, but I don’t think that they quit get it. I HOPE this review helps the owner/couple running the place. This was not a pleasant experience for a hotdog joint.

This place is amazing. The owners are SOOO sweet. FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Mom and Pop shop, and literally the sweetest owners. We ordered wings, meatball sandwich, pizza and the Chicago dog. Everything was delicious!!!

Used to be really good! New owners have made changes, some good, some not so good. Everyone has an opinion on what makes a good dog. Whether it’s an all beef Nathan’s, Oscar Meyer… Whatever.. but a bratwurst should taste like one, a polish should taste like one, an Italian sausage should taste like one. The Polish dog, tasted like a hot dog… And that’s not what I wanted.. so I guess I just don’t go back because they think I’m wrong. It’s ok.. everyone has a different opinion about the subject.. I prefer a circle k cheddarwurst to their hot dog. And for a buck eighty-nine I will just go there instead of nine bucks for a polish that I don’t like. The bread is good.. not a whole lot better than before.. but it seemed fresh and soft. Circle k, hit and miss..
For something good, I make it at home and no restaurant can compete with that!

Ordered pizza from Godfathers while staying in The Keys. Pizza was ready in 25 minutes, hot and ready to roll. Pizza was great and service was fantastic. Will order again.

The pastrami sandwich was incredible…they knocked it out of the park! Great service and they were very accommodating to our dogs with water bowls and sliced up hotdogs for them. Highly recommend this friendly restaurant.

We went to Dogfathers today for the first time and had two DELICIOUS hotdogs and some awesome Lemon Bars!! We are so happy they are in Parker! We looked the menu over and are looking forward to some future meals!
