Man oh man D.O.G never fails to disappoint. Have already had tons of complaints of the one in Jackson. But man the one here in Victor is insane. It’s completely gross and different than the one in Jackson. Went in at 9:30ish case was completely empty. Kid making the burritos was just on his phone with his earbuds not paying attention. He told me the burritos would take about an hour. Last time I had a burrito It was the same kid and he didn’t know how to make them and it tasted gross. Reheated egg and not even wrapped correctly. Come on guys. Management needs fixed. If you can’t handle two locations, just shut it down and make room for someone that is willing to put in the effort.

Went in around 10:30 this morning and the kid was barely making a batch of burritos. He’s just cracking some eggs, scratching his head, and watching videos on his phone.
1- they say they are open at 7….and the box is empty, kids barely making them at 10:30
2- unsanitary practices
3- asked when they’d be done….he said in an hour….are you kidding me.
If you can’t keep the same standards to the one in Jackson, then close down or get better management. It’s embarrassing.

Suzanne is so sweet, and always working to get me what I want. She has even offered to make me a burger after hours as she was working the counter of the gas station. She is always working hard and I appreciate that coming from a small business where I have to do it all. In the service industry it isn’t always a given to receive kind, and attentive service and she has been this each time I have gone in. Give her a raise.

Went in to buy 5 burritos, the gal working was rude because I was buying 5 burritos at once because she had just opened and went to pay with cash and refused my purchase because she did not have change, for a hundred dollar bill, will never buy in Victor again. I processed to the Jackson location and was treated nicely and bought the 5 burrito I need.
