The food was very good, the atmosphere is pretty fun as well. The service was not so good. I place my order through their website. I had a replace the order three times to the website at kept kicking me out, so the website has problems. Finally got my order in and it asked for a time slot of when you’re going to pick up the food so I put I was going to pick it up at 6:00 p.m. the order was placed at 5:25. Orders place so I had that way with the link that they provide for the location and the link was no good it went to a different location around the corner. So I was walking around for 10 minutes trying to call them repeatedly and it would kick me through a 4-minute prompt of different selections then at the end it would just say sorry they couldn’t get to the phone they were very busy. So after the fourth time going through all the prompts I was finally able to get through to find out where they were located. So I end up not getting there till 6:15, I thought for sure the food was going to be ready. Still ended up waiting another 10 minutes. So I go to the pickup counter and give the guy my information, he says thank you and then just walks away and start serving people. Didn’t tell me that it wasn’t ready or anything so I stood by the counter for 5 minutes until he came back to tell me it wasn’t ready. So pretty disappointed and the weather operation is working. The food was good though. Otherwise I would have gave this place a three-star.

Dog Haus Biergarten at SanTan Village absolutely hit the spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, especially the cheeseburger sliders which were perfectly bite-sized and flavorful. The Haus buffalo wings had a great kick, and the downtown hotdog was a delicious classic with a satisfying snap. Everything paired wonderfully with a crispy lager. Highly recommend for a casual and tasty meal!

I’m from Chicago and this is hands down the best Chicago dog I’ve ever had. Only issue is the pickle not a spear or dill, but besides that 10000/10. Old down burger fire. French fries 10/10 and cheese sauce kills Portillos. Great selection of drinks

Amazing!!! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had (little mule). The service was excellent and we were in and out on a Friday night. The burger and fries were more than I could eat. I can’t wait to try more of their menu.

The first thing that impressed us was how clean the place was. The next impression came with our server, Patrick, who had impeccable customer service. He told me about a modification he does to the Ringer burger. I followed everything he said; it was one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever eaten. I will get it every time. I’ve included a picture of the order so you can see exactly what was on it. My brother said the tater tots were really good. We will definitely be back.

So, food is a talking point here, not the main event. Honestly if you’re looking for a place you enjoy a variety of beers lagers and other drinks, it’s amazing! I can’t anymore for personal reasons, but I would absolutely want to bring my friends here for their celebrations as all of the drinks they had were killer!
Not only that but the staff were extremely friendly, they let you choose your seats and serve you quickly, and they check in when they see you’re NOT stuffing your face so that’s nice!
Don’t get me wrong, the foods decent- Getting the Chili the Kid hotdog with arugula added on (no charge additionally) and a pinch of mustard, it’s super damn good! Their burgers are smash burgers on a Hawaiian bun, and the sweetness added a nice touch to the over all flavor, along with textures that I was pleasantly surprised by. However, it IS GREASY, but let’s be real, that’s the point? It’s a place to get as many drinks as humanly possible with pretty solid prices, so greasy food helps with ensuring you’re not entirely hung over the next day for any surprises or shifts you may have

Absolutely love the food here! Their specialty is hot dogs but they also have other options like chicken, burgers, and salads. But their hot dogs are fantastic! This is not your typical hot dog. The selection and toppings will blow your mind. Plus, they are absolutely delicious!
We tried the Sooo Cali and the Cowboy. Highly recommend! Honestly, there are so many that look delicious IMO! Plus, their side of tots are great.
They also have a bar with huge selection of cocktails, draft beers/ciders, and more. A lot of local brews as well which is cool!

I work in the mall and three years ago this place was bumpin. Came in for food on my lunch break. Always fast service and friendly bar staff. I came into today Nov 7th and the place was empty. Ordered a burrito at the kiosk. When I got my burrito the out side was covered in burnt grizzel. Not a little but absolutely covered. Now I know why it was empty. You’ve lost the personal factor by having a kiosk to order from, the quality of food has plummet. Simple to say I won’t go back nor recommend anybody go in for food.
