All of the food we tried here was excellent. The sausage is very flavorful, the burgers had a great crust (like a smash burger) and the toppings were all fresh and tasted great. Highly recommend trying this place out. We tried a few different hotdogs and the spicy chicken sandwich, everything was great. The presentation was great and the packaging for takeout was very functional. They have a pickup window for takeout orders which is very convenient. Our order was ready very fast.

The Dog Haus is a fun eatery environment! I really enjoy the combination of “fast food” with craft beer and cocktails. I had the Nashville BBQ chicken tenders and Cheesy tots. The chicken was perfectly breaded, crispy, and pleasantly spicy. The cheesy tots were the perfect amount of crispy as well. The staff was super friendly! I highly recommend Dog Haus if you’re in Barboursville!

I definitely do not recommend eating here. The price of the food versus the quality just is not there. We ordered a hot dog, sandwich, fries and 2 drinks and the total came to $30. The hot dog was bland, it was supposed to be bacon wrapped but only half of it was wrapped and there was a chewy/gristly chunk in it. Chicken sandwich was not bad, just not a fan of using the small King’s Hawaiian Rolls as a bun. It makes everything more difficult to eat and that much more messy. We just were not impressed with the food versus the price as well as the quality for that price.

First time customer here and I will have to say I will definitely be a repeat customer. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, service was impeccable. You don’t have to wait very long for your food. All the staff was very polite and friendly, they did an excellent job. The cook that prepared the food, definitely knows what he’s doing!

I have been to this location several times I go out of my way as an excuse to eat here. I love it. I love the burgers. I love the dogs. I love the brats. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in WV and I don’t care who knows it. The Hawaiian buns just make everything that much better in my opinion. I love the drink selection and the bar and outdoor area. The one end has longer tables for bigger groups and fun games to play. Greta place to watch sports and opens earlier than most lunch places. I wish I lived closer but it has my vote to eat here every time I’m in barboursville.

Ok so I gave them sometime from my last review. It was posted on their opening day and some mistakes were made on my burgers. Well yesterday they really impressed me, my brother ordered the same hamburger (the haus burger) with no Haus sauce add bacon. With cheese fries on the side. They both turned out perfect, and well done. I went for the Hot chick with cheese fries on the side and it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever ate. They really stepped up since my last visit. The waiters and staff I got a chance to talk to were so inviting and helpful. Our waiter/host person was Eedy(apologize, it’s prob spelled wrong). We also met with a Ray and I can tell the Dog Haus is going to go far with him there. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

Burritos are massive and the tortilla is nice and toasted which makes a great burrito. Every dog we’ve ordered is piled high with toppings and they’re big as well. Order of fries is probably good enough for 2! The portions are great and so is the food. Big selection of beer and cocktails I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
