I have been a fairly regular customer for months and if I walk in the door I always ask for 3 strips no roll. This morning I went in and gave my usual order, fountain drink and 3 strips as well as 3 24 ounce diet cokes and two cans of spaghetti. I gave my order of 3 strips to the cashier and paid. Got to the car and no strips so I went back in. After standing there like a criminal while they checked receipts, which was dragging out, I left and called the store. I was told “she didn’t charge you”. Not the point, I have no problem paying for what I order but how are you just going to ignore what I asked for. This is not the first time items have been missing, but the first time all hot items were missing. Thank you Dodges, it was a good run but I will not be back.

Friendly staff. They greeted you as aoon as you walked in. Bathrooms were very clean. Quick check out. This place is a convenient store with gas pumps. There is not a restaurant inside. I would recommend this place.

I have family in Mississippi so I like to stop at this location unfortunately my experience this morning was absolutely unacceptable. The lady at the register asked me what I wanted but, because I was going to place a large order, I asked for her to give me a minute but she told me she was not going to wait on me so for me to go to the next register. My mother was at the other register and the lady at that register was being so rude to her. I told them how we had traveled 9 hrs and how I always stopped there and how they were being rude but neither one of the employees gave a care. They refused to serve us and at the only reason I can think of is either pure laziness or discrimination. It was such a sad situation. There is no reason for anyone to go through this.

After filling my gas tank full of premium I was denied use of the bathroom by an employee who said I’m cleaning them and shutting them down. I offered to leave a deposit to take a piss and let them check to see that I left it as clean as I found it and was still denied use of the restroom. Frozen drink machine was out of order too. Not cool

I am visiting from out of town. Planning a funeral, however one of my highlights was to visit here for the tenders and JoJos. I spent over $50. I only received the wings. Not the potato wedges (Jojo) nor my chicken. The wings that did make the trip were old. Tried calling for 30 mins straight. No ANSWER. NO RECEIPT. They have officially ruined my weekend. As I’m hurting already…and now still hungry…

Dodges has become terrible!They can’t keep the iccee machines up and running. They were out of cups one day.Some of the employees are beyond rude.The other day I was in there and they had 3 workers and the iccee machine was out of certain drinks… They had 2 registers going and me and the lady in front of me and it took over 25 minutes in lie because the guy wouldn’t shut his mouth talking.Even the lady in front of me told him man give me my chicken so I can go..And why are we paying 8% taxes on pops yall ain’t no restaurant and taxes are 7%

I was buying gas and asked why the ladies bathroom was locked. She said I don’t know. I asked her how was she using the restroom and she had no answer. She politely told me that I can use the Men’s restroom. I wish I can rate them a Zero. They care nothing about their customers!!
