I have been going to this location for a few weeks now as I love the chicken tenders that much. This morning I asked for 3 tenders, a burrito and two corn dogs. I stupidly did not check my bag as there had not been an issue at this location, but there it was…no chicken tenders, just the two corn dogs and burrito. Looks like I will have to find another option as I am not in the habit of returning to places that do not value my business enough to actually give me what I ask for.

ALTERNATE IN TOWN STOP: when you are a regular traveler it is easy to find alternate stops along your route should decide to go the distance. This is one of those convenient stops inside of Cleveland, MS. From time to time, this is a good choice whether coming or going. The staff is friendly, the have an in store deli and plenty of options for refreshments. They have a fueling center, plenty of parking and are along the main route through town.

I entered the store on Friday, April 25, 2025 to get breakfast. There were three people with a uniform on. One was cooking and refilling the food, the other two were having a discussion at the register in which they walked off after talking. I was standing there waiting to place my order and noone said anything or acknowledged that an associate would wait on me shortly. I was disappointed because I went to work without any breakfast.
Customer service isn’t what it should be and if someone comes in at seven in the morning, surely they have a destination to get to and don’t have much time to waste.

I loved my experience at Dodge’s. The sales associate, Tamara, was very helpful and communicated very well. I came in for hot wings. She patiently informed me that they were cooking some and it was be a 5 minute wait. I received my food a little while later and I can’t wait to return.

I just left on my way on a road trip so I stopped at Dodge’s to get wings & gas. The wings smelled and looked so good & fresh. When I bit into the hot wing, I could taste blood. I looked through a few more of the 6 pieces I got for $7 and learned that not one of the little chickens was edible. I am an executive chef in the area and I know exactly how this happened. Word of advice, turn the grease down enough so the chicken won’t brown on the outside before the inside has finished cooking!!!! ALSO, check the INTERNAL TEMPERATURE WITH A FOOD SAFETY THERMOMETER BEFORE YA’LL KILL SOMEONE IN THERE!

Sorry, I forgot to post this on yesterday. Dria was so nice and friendly. She told me her favorite was the oven roasted wings, so I decided to get the combo with an extra jo-jo. She also recommend the sweet southern sauce. It was delicious. I thank her for having a good attitude.

Affordable fountain drinks & cappuccino. Cashiers have never been nice here. They hate their jobs. Food is only fresh during the day although their 24hrs. Sad because they seem like they stop adding food at a certain time then let it runs out. Their over producing & wasting the company’s money.
Don’t do money services here like western Union or cash a check. Since Westley left, no one wants to serve the customers in money center so you’re there long enough to think about leaving for better service. Sad

I entered the Cleveland MS. Dodgers store and felt like I was treated very rude today April 30th 2018 it happened around 5:05 p.m. I asked the cashier for 6 hot wings and she stated and she stated okay she has some fresh ones coming out the fryer but the manager told her to give me the ones out of the box, those were for someone else.
I didn’t want them because I knew they had been there while. I felt that this was very rude and as Iong as I was paying my money I should have been able to buy what I wanted out of the store so with that being said I told him to cancel my order and I just left the store I work in food service and I knew that they had been there a while. I feel if your training new people in your store train them right. Now I understand why this store has such a big turnover of new people coming and going all you can do is just use common courtesy and the store will make it. Not a pleasant place to go
