Let me tell you from 6:15-6:36 am, I had been calling this location, I got no answer. I needed to cash my money order and my check, so I just paid for an Uber there. I get there and let it be known that I had been calling once I arrive at 7:35am, the cashier states that the machine is not working or turning on, I expressed that had they been answering their phone, I could have saved time and money, the cashier goes on to say that they don’t answer the phone when they’re busy. Of course when I am standing there, they weren’t busy, and she states, “well we’re not busy right now, but earlier were. My only thing is there’s no sign up about it being inoperable nor have they called their IT department or manager for instructions on troubleshooting or fixing the issue. I know Dodge’s does a lot of check cashing and the store team should be answering phones even if it’s just to ask if they may place someone on hold, at this point customer service is so low at this location, they all need re-education on customer service and what to do when something is not operating.

Been meaning to make this review but last Monday, Sharneice did an excellent job in taking care of me, she even suggested I try the chicken crispito, which was actually so good. Sharneice and her top-notch customer service is one of the reasons why I go to Dodge’s.

False advertising of claiming to be a 24/7 7 days a week establishment every fri and sat night they close from 2am -5am and as im sitting outside waiting for them to open 3 rideshare customers who had know idea that they close spent their money on uber/Lyft to come to the store it’s just a waste of people’s money the correct hours should be posted updated so that the community knows and can pay to go somewhere else during the closed hours just dont find it to fair when the correct information isn’t available

I love dodges. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their variety of slushies,icees and soda is amazing. I really do miss their pizzas. Sometimes their jojos are hard if you get the big ones. Their gas is usually cheaper then the surrounding area. The bathroom is always clean and the store smells good. All around a good place for a bite to eat, gas and a large variety of drinks.

I visited from out of town. The Dodge’s near my home has superb quality. However, this location was a bad experience for my family and I. I ordered a 6pc spicy wing combo and was not given a roll. When I informed the cashier she said they were out of rolls. She did not inform me of that before I paid otherwise I would have picked something else. The store did not have working slushies, the parking lot was the only thing that was nice out of my whole visit. I gave them 3 stars because their gas prices were reasonable.

I payed 30$ worth of breakfast for my family. When we got home we realized we didn’t have one of the biscuits we payed for. I thought no big deal we’ll call them and let them know we’re coming back for it. Mind you they did not give us a receipt or even printed one out. A man named Cody said that we’re welcome to come back and get what we were missing. We come back not even 15 minutes later and a very rude lady named Kristy said to my face “ we don’t give out free food” simply because we didn’t have a receipt that they never give us. She’s apparently the manager for the morning and treated us with absolute disrespect. They have never once gave me a receipt and I go there almost daily. I think this is due to getting over on people and stealing from them. I am baffled that this happened and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
