Had Docs for the first time last night and I’m not wondering how I’ve Li Ed here for 10 years and not gotten them before.
The pizza was just crispy on the bottom and cooked through the dough perfectly. The wings were, in a word, spectacular. We got hot and char-grilled Cajun. The Cajun wings were probably some of the best I’ve ever had.
Chicken tenders and fries were wonderful and the kids loved them. You’ve got a new, repeat customer for sure!

Thought we found our new go to spot. I guess not. The first 3-4 times we ordered it was all great. We always get a sheet pizza and 20 wings. Every time after that the food has been inconsistent. Wings have been rubbery or other times pizza is just cheese and no sauce. Too inconsistent. Last 3 times we ordered it wasn’t good. Tonight we ordered the same as always sheet pizza and 20 wings, extra crispy char grilled. Wings were okay, pizza was terrible. Going to have to find a different spot next time we want pizza.

How sad it is!!! We have orders from Doc’s pizza for years. The last time we ordered I called because I ordered medium wings.There wasn’t any sauce on the wings. I called and they said they would refund us on our next order. Today we ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni the other half sausage. It was so undercooked and barely any sauce. It was so doughy and not just the middle of the pie. The crust was so undercooked. I tried to finish cooking it in the air fryer. It was in there for 10 minutes and still doughy. Our medium wings , again were with very little sauce and so rubbery… definitely undercooked. Threw it all away. Tired of paying for a service for inedible food.

I’ve been coming to Doc’s Pizza for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. The food is always consistent and amazing! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and it’s hands down the best pizza around. The crust is always perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the toppings are fresh and generous. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and they clearly care about their customers. Every visit feels consistent, and the quality never disappoints. This has become my go-to spot, and I can’t recommend it enough!

We’ve enjoyed Doc’s since moving to Camillus! Admittedly we stopped for a little while after a couple mediocre visits but decided to try them again tonight and it did not disappoint! Perfectly cooked and arrived at a great temperature in a good amount of time, especially for a weekend. It was exactly what I needed after a difficult day, keep up the great work!

Disappointing. I wanted to try a local place and gave Doc’s a shot. My mistake. I ordered a sheet pizza. What I got was not a sheet pizza. It was two mini-sheet pizzas with significantly less pieces than a real sheet pizza from a real pizza shop. One of the corner pieces looked like it was added on from another pizza. On top of that, they charge a fee for using a credit card, which is not allowed in New York state. When I brought it up the man at the cash register was quite rude about it. Overall, Doc’s is not a quality option in the pizza field and I will not be going there again.

We always get pizza/wings from Doc’s. And they have a good deal buy 1 pizza get the second at half price. Their fish isn’t bad, but if you want fish, go to a fish place.
