Buyer beware!!
The fish was very fresh which saved the meal as the batter was just that but mostly tasteless. My wife had the local calamari and again great ingredient saved the day but otherwise not anything of note.
Here comes the kicker, every 3 teaspoons of condiment you will have to pay R20 each.
The tables only have fine ground iodated sea salt and fine ground black pepper.
I had to swallow my outrage at this and pay 10% on top of my meal to buy sauces/condiments for my wife’s chips. I have never experienced this before.
This is a glorified fish and chips store. Great location and friendly service.

Got a burger and a soda. Possibly the soggiest, most tame, least biteresistant piece of a patty I have ever had. Still the location was very pretty, and the staff were nice.

The experience was an absolute nightmare. Empty place but still waited exceptionally long. The service is slow and lacks professionalism. Will definitely not recommend this place to any astute traveller.

waited very long for our food when we got our food the corn dogs were burnt to a crisp the plates smelled funny and the calamari smelled off when we complained they told us “no you ungrateful”

What a disappointment!! We waited more than 2 hours for our food, no disclosure that the kitchen was over worked and that there would be a wait. We were so hungry and really looked forward to our meal. The calamari was just awful and tiny potions. The chips were actually skinny fries and they were over fried and cold. Never ever again!
