Located in Assembly Hall, it has been rated as one of the best spots in their venue. For the price, I think it could have been a little better in terms of their bread. Lobster was plentiful but I know they could do a bit better with their rolls. Def worth the try though. Crab chips were just potato chips with a touch of seasonings. Couldn’t really taste the difference

Somewhat disappointed in the lobster roll. Half the toasted bread. on the outside, was hard and dry. The lobster was good but was less half it used to be. There were quite of few pieces of the dry part of the claw under the main big pieces. It didn’t seem worth $30.00. Probably won’t be back for a long time.
UPDATE on 12/30/25: Jessica from Dock Local reached out to me to make things right. I went back to Dock Local tonight and ordered the same Maine lobster roll. I must say, the quality of the meal was like night and day from the last time. This time, the roll was perfected toasted and buttered. It was flavorful and had the perfect texture/chew on it, not hard or dry like last time.
The lobster meat to bread ratio was spot on with each bite. I could taste the fresh lobster meat and was thoroughly satisfied tonight. So; I’ll be back to being a regular customer when I’m back in town.

Very popular in the food court. It’s a line to order and to wait. They do take your number and text you when the food is ready, which is very helpful. You can grab a table first inside the food court. It is a huge hall and buzzing crowd.
The lobster is soft and tasty. The bread is buttery and fluffy. Butter makes it to another level. Overall a great lobster roll. But it’s a smaller portion. I will recommend to go for other food options if you are very hungry. This is for the fancy taste and expensive ingredients.

This is a super popular store in the food hall, lines get long during lunch hours. We had to wait about 10 minutes to put in our order. It’s for take out orders. But there are lots of tables in front of the store in the common area to sit and dine. The menu has several types of lobster dishes like tacos, soups, rolls and sides. Some of the rolls have market price. We ordered the Connecticut roll that was about $30.
They took about 7-8 minutes to prepare the order. The sandwich was unassembled in the box. The bread was toaster with butter and the lobster was in a foil pack The taste and quality of the bread could have been better. The chunk of lobster was good, pieces were big. I would have preferred the sandwich to be put together from the kitchen, that would have allowed the lobster, butter and the bread to blend together for better taste.

The lobster roll was delicious and well seasoned! I didn’t like how they buttered the roll though, some parts seemed very butter heavy & soggy compared to other bites. Fries were nice & crispy.

OH HOW GLORIOUS! I LOVE lobster and this establishment definitely fulfilled my lobster dreams. Lobster fries?!?? Oh my goodness, absolutely heaven. And the lobster grilled cheese has two photos because that’s what it deserves. Truly amazing, I have never before tasted such a delicacy.

I loved the lobster roll! It was so good and filling. Definitely a good choice for lunch because it was quickly out to have me on my way! The only downside was service. I ordered to-go but it came out dine in. No worries about that, mistakes happen. But the guy behind the counter threw my food in containers and bags with an attitude. I was very pleasant to him so the attitude was definitely unwarranted. I would still eat here again.

I got a lobster roll here and the next morning I woke up from stomach pains, the whole morning was spent having liquid diarrhea and vomiting stimulanteously. And I’ve been having explosive liquid diarrhea all day, my stomach is still trying to recover from this lobster roll. Still having stomach pains and diarrhea. NEVER AGAIN

Good seafood inside the Assembly Food Hall. I ordered the lobster grill cheese, which was very tasteful, a fish taco, and shoestring fries. The order came with the home made chip and their homemade pickles. Pros. The lobster grill cheese was delicious. If you like various types of cheese and sourdough bread, you’ll love this dish. I also really enjoyed the shoestring fries. The homemade pickles were tasty and the homemade chips were just okay. Service was quick and the food was hot. They also give you large portions. Cons: because they give you large portions, I was disappointed that they didn’t have any to go containers. My son and I couldn’t finish all the food I purchased. Overall good experience.

Jordan with Offline – 10/10 loved the lobster grilled cheese! Shocked at the quality for being in a land locked area. I also tried the Mac and cheese with crab in it which was delicious and the shoe string fries had a really good flavor. I’ve been here twice and will be back with other friends again
