The food was excellent, the service was fast and the people were friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Our burgers were juicy and had fresh toppings. My grilled cheese and bacon on a deliciously toasted multigrain bread was extremely good. I’m not sure what people expect from a very small restaurant, but the Dock House exceeded my expectations and I’m so glad they are at Cove Ridge. 100% would recommend!

I am absolutely thrilled to have such fantastic food just a stone’s throw from my house! Tricia and Nathan are the dynamic duo we never knew we needed. Tricia’s homemade pasta salad is so good, it might just make you rethink your life choices. The double bacon cheeseburger and grilled chicken sandwich? Simply divine! And let’s talk about those brioche buns – I mean, who does that? Dock House does, that’s who!

Tricia and Nathan are excellent at what they do, which is clear to see when visiting the Dock House. The food is delicious. You can tell that the menu is well thought out. There is a focus on high-quality ingredients and diverse, healthy options. Every order is prepared with the individual in mind and is served with a smile and infectious positivity. You are missing out if you have not been here!

The food was very mediocre at best. The hamburger seemed to be just a frozen pre made patty from Sams. They warmed it upon the grill, not particularly juicy. I’ve had worse. The burgers are 9.99 with no side. The onion rings were pretty good. We tried the bean burger but it was overwhelmingly tasting of onion or onion powder and loose so not so good, but it was edible. The service was good and they really tried when correcting mistakes. We had to keep asking for things we already ordered. I guess you could chalk that up to they are still just getting their system down. I found the prices to be extremely high when compared to the quality of the food. It was $66 for three hamburgers, one order of fries and one order of onion rings and a bean patty. Their tea was pretty good if you like brewed tea. I will say my standards are high when it comes to food. If yours aren’t then you might think this place is great. I guess one thing can be said and that’s they are the best place to eat on the lake. So if you’re out boating and you’re starving, you’re probably gonna think it’s good if you’re real hungry. Its justOK. But if you’re going out for a decent dinner, which is what we thought we were doing because of all the people Raving about this place then I would skip it. The people behind the counter not sure if they were owners or what but probably were. They were very nice very accommodating. It’s just the food wasn’t great. It was edible, but just nothing to talk about.
I will go again if i am out on the lake and starving because it truly is the best food on the lake.

Great new addition to the lake! Nate and Trish are passionate about what they do and it shows. Reasonable prices for being right in the lake too. Try the grilled cheese with the wheat (multigrain) bread – awesome!
