Just checked out the new Doc Holliday’s and was really impressed. The atmosphere nails the Old West vibe without feeling cheesy — great décor, comfortable seating, and a fun place to hang out whether you’re eating or just grabbing a drink. The food was better than expected across the board, with generous portions and solid flavors. Everything came out hot and timely, even though they were pretty busy.
Huge shoutout to Noelle, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better. She checked in at the right times, had great menu recommendations, and kept everything moving smoothly without ever feeling rushed. You can tell she cares about her job and the guests.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Doc Holliday’s, and a huge part of that was because of our server Meagan. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Our drinks were never empty, she checked in on us at all the right times, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about the menu, especially for a newer restaurant — she answered questions with confidence and made great recommendations. On top of that, she was so personable, friendly, and absolutely beautiful inside and out.
Restaurants seriously need more people like her. She elevated our entire experience, and because of her, we’ll definitely be back. Outstanding service all around!

Very nice place, food was great, served very fast (almost too fast , got my Caesar salad 5 mins after i ordered and my tombstone bbq chicken 2 mins after that), serving size was also good. Brownie Sundae desert was nice also.
Only downside is the main dinner entrees are priced a bit high… Average price for one was around $30.
Ambience was lovely… would definitely visit again as they have a pretty big menu!

This place is awesome! It’s got an eclectic western feel with some really cool stuffed critters. Our server, Beth, was on point and very friendly. Food was delicious with large portions. Overall great experience.

I have been telling others about a great restaurant I go to in Williston North Dakota. Right here my own backyard in Billings. I finally got over and had an awesome experience! Great food service and pricing and the ambiance is worth bringing visitors who are in from out of town.
