I had an enjoyable time dining at Do Si KBBQ! I’ve been to the Kent location before, and this was my first time visiting the West Seattle location.
Food:
They offer both AYCE and à la carte menus, which is perfect depending on your preference. The meat is fresh and high quality. I also really enjoyed their fried chicken! I’m very picky about side dishes, but they surprised me—in a good way. I especially loved their kimchi and daikon because they’re made in-house.
Do Si also has a full bar featuring multiple signature cocktails.
Service:
The staff was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. We had a small issue with the grill at the beginning, but the staff noticed it and fixed it immediately. They checked on our table often to ensure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience.
Ambiance:
The West Seattle location has a beautiful view of Alki Beach. The restaurant is clean with bright lighting, and there are TVs, which is perfect for watching a game while enjoying KBBQ. Overall, it was such a vibe!
I can’t wait to come back—especially when the days are longer—so I can fully enjoy the view and the food!
P.S. since Alki store is such a popular location, I highly recommend making a reservation esp weekends to secure a table. The booking link is on their website.

I give honest reviews, so here is one for this restaurant. The atmosphere is good. It is clean and not disgusting.
Service is mediocre. We were the only table being served when we arrived, yet the service was still slow. The waiter was friendly, but the overall service could be improved.
The food is not good. It looks good, but it does not taste good. If you eat Korean BBQ often, you know that if the side dishes are terrible, the meat quality is usually terrible too. This “thin” brisket is the thickest brisket I have ever eaten. It is chewy and tough. The price is not justified. Maybe it is overpriced to cover the rent, but the food quality is terrible.
People who rated this place 5 stars clearly have not been to many Korean BBQ restaurants in their lives, and it shows.

Went there for the all you can eat when it opened. There was a lot of food. The menu was set up perfectly services. Great. The food was delicious especially that appetizers set up was fantastic. I did not feel rushed. I had ample space on the table.
You get 90 minutes to eat, which was plenty time for two people if you don’t finish the meat the food that you ordered by finishing I mean not cooking it then you’ll get charged $15. Extra parking is iffy but you are along Alki beach so that is expected.
Will definitely go here again with more people

We’re local and so happy to have a korean restaurant open in Alki! We went for AYCE weekday lunch. First, the manager and servers were amazing. The side dishes (banchan) were delicious and they gave us generous portions of meat every round . The soups were ok, pretty mild/bland and the menu felt a little bit limited for the price compared to other ayce places. Overall we had a great experience

We stopped here for lunch and were incredibly impressed! The meats were high quality and there was an abundance of side dishes to enjoy(you could even request more) and white rice included. The service was great and if we had any questions or wanted suggestions they were quick to help and were incredibly friendly. We certainly plan on coming back next time we’re in Seattle

This place was incredible. It is probably the best korean BBQ place I have ever been to. Its super clean, the food is amazing, the view is amazing and their service was amazing. We booked ahead of time for a Valentines day lunch and had no issues getting seated. It wasnt too crowded so I think its easier to walk in during lunch than it would be for dinner.

Love that we have a kbqq in west Seattle now! Wait times were long to get seated so reserve ahead or put your name down and head to the brewery down the street. Once you’re seated though, it was great and service was pretty fast. They’re brand new and was in the first week of opening so be patient and kind. They’ll get their stuff sorted eventually. Definitely coming back. 10/10 fab

Absolutely enjoyed the food and the environment. We got the beef bulgogi (delicious), corn cheese (a hot melted delight), and garlic fries (solid frozen fries with no garlic taste, but my fault for ordering at a Korean restaurant). We were also served banchan, rice, and ice cream with the meal. Highly recommend.

Side quests are always necessary for KBBQ, so I decided to try this new spot on Alki Beach—Do Si KBBQ. Overall, everything was pretty good! The meat quality was solid, and all the sides and sauces were flavorful. Some of the additional dishes like the fried chicken and corn cheese were great too. Since they just opened, it does get quite busy, so making a reservation ahead of time might help. The location itself is relatively small but cozy, and I liked that they have several TVs around if you want to catch a game while eating. Parking is limited to street parking since it’s right on Alki Beach, but it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving KBBQ.

We took the Premium AYCE and everything was absolutely delicious! Even though we were a group of 8 people, it took only a couple of minutes to get us all seated, and by the time we sat down, the table was already full of all kinds of tasty side dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful and high quality.
The servers were awesome — super attentive and friendly, noticing every little detail. And Efraim… if he’s not the manager, he definitely should be! His positive energy and great attitude made the whole experience even better.
See you again, Efraim!
