The so called “Mixed Vegetables” was just lettuce (with some old lettuce), one broccoli and a red onion skin that fell in while they stir fried it. Can you just call it “stir-fry lettuce” instead of mixed vegetables. Don’t deceive your customers.
Braised Pork was not fresh. You know it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days when the meat becomes hard and chewy. Plus the soy sauce was too over whelming.
Spring Rolls was very mediocre.
Very disappointed about the $26.99 Crispy Pork w/Mushrooms on rice. It was a mixture with fresh and old pork.
Ya’ll need to stop serving old food, especially for the price you charge.

Can’t beat the value for price here. Ordered the bbq pork and crispy pork over rice and I could easily get 2-3 meals out of this. The pork wasn’t dry at all and the juices dripping over the rice made it a perfect combination

I would never eat here, but I deliver food 3rd party and get sent here to pick up food sometimes. All of the food just sits in pans out in the open, uncovered, at room temp. Everything looks dirty and grimey. I watched one of the employees fill a little to go cup with soy sauce drop it on the floor, pick it up, and put it in the bag. If no one has ever gotten sick from this place I would be shocked. Health dept. NEEDS to come check this place out. I wouldn’t feed this food to my worst enemy, that’s how gross it looks in there.

We were so happy to find this place. We were visiting a relative who lives close by and we promised him dinner. Sadly a lot of restaurants closed early and we found this one was still open. We found the prices to be reasonable so we decided to get take out here. We were greeted by really friendly people and felt welcomed right away. We were able to get several great dishes. We had spring rolls, fried pork, Mongolian beef, chow fun and a couple of other standard dishes. We were able to fully feed 5 people for around 80 dollars, and the food was great. This place will be a new go to for us when we visit The City.

This is my favorite go-to place to order on Doordash. I order the duck + crispy pork rice and crispy pork and rice entrees. They are always very generous with portions and flavors are consistently amazing. It is a wonderful value for the price. The scallion pancake is decent too! You won’t regret it.

Delicious! Yummy! I haven’t had this taste in so long and this reminds me of home. I love the chicken which isn’t the usual kind you can get from US. It is also nice that the roasted pork has crispy skin! The roasted duck is also super tasty. Not much of an area for dine in but most are here for take-outs/deliveries. The owners and staff are super friendly too. Love this place!

This place was great when they first opened. Now the quality has gone. Food is old, stale, dry, hard, chewy, overly salty, bad taste. Every undesirable end, bits, and pieces are thrown in. Disgusting. This place is a hit or miss for food poisoning. Initially I didn’t think their food caused the 3 hour diarrhea session after dinner, so I was stupid enough to try to finish the food because I don’t like wasting food. Unfortunately the food gave me another 3 hour of diarrhea the next day after dinner again.

Classic Chinese dishes like BBQ pork over rice $12 is one of my sentimental favorites. When I see BBQ meats hanging in the window of a shop, I get vulnerable if I’m hungry. Do Eat’s version pays homage to this dish with soft BBQ pork, oily vegetables, a bed of rice and BBQ pork au jus poured over the rice. Not dry at all. I prefer the fatty pieces because it has more flavor. Service was excellent.

2026 New Year Review: Well, I’m back hanging in the bay area and Do Eat is like in the top5 of fave restaurants to hit up.
It’s been 4 years since we first discovered Do Eat… and dang, they’re still THE best roast pork outside of Hong Kong or Vancouver BC. Delicious, crispy, juicy cubes of pork goodness! Get the snow pea leaves with garlic too.

The cold chicken with ginger and scallion was also delicious, cooked to perfection. They have got to be one of the best cantonese food in the city. Thank you for a delicious meal. Delivery was crazy fast too, food was still warm.

Expensive but pretty good. I ordered the ginger chicken and I was sticker shocked it was $25. The chicken was a bit dry but the flavoring was perfect. They shredded and deboned the chicken so it did not include the neck, head, and tail. Wings were left intact, feet with toenails included. I initially gave this restaurant’s 4/5 stars. But when my credit card bill statement arrived, Do Eat charged me $30 and not $25. Be careful about dishonesty when you pay with card. I recommend you pay cash so this restaurant doesn’t charge your credit card some other amount.
