I went there on the Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. I ordered only plantains and it was delicious and cooked in a record time. The staff was respectful and friendly ; they had a large selection of empanadas. And i really like the atmosphere. Also they had some very good sauces. It tastes natural and homemade.

I work very close to this place and that’s why I’ve come here many times — probably around 10 visits by now. The food is actually very good, which is why I keep coming back.
However, the service and how mistakes are handled could definitely improve.
On my last visit, I ordered two beef salteñas. When I got home (about a 30-minute drive), I realized I had received one beef and one chicken instead. I still ate it and didn’t make a big deal about it, even though it wasn’t what I ordered or paid for.
Today I came back and politely mentioned it when ordering. I explained that the last time I ordered two beef salteñas but received one chicken instead. The employee simply said “sorry,” and that was it. I honestly expected at least some kind of gesture or effort to make it right.
When I asked what happens in those situations, she told me that if it happens, I should bring the empanada back and they would replace it. But realistically, when you drive home and realize it later, bringing it back isn’t always practical.
Mistakes happen everywhere — that’s normal. What really defines a business is how they respond when those mistakes happen.
The food is great, but the customer service experience could definitely improve.

Today was my first time having empanadas and visiting DMV empanadas and everything was amazing. I got four {ate one before taking the picture lol}

1. Ordered 3 empanadas ( $14 ) and the best one was between chicken or beef! Flavorful and crispy! Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of everything! The steak and cheese wasn’t the best but was ok! SUPER FRESH AND HOT!
2. The price is a pretty good and relatively affordable!
3. Quantity is plentiful and 2 empanadas made me full.
4. Customer service provided were nice folks. Fast service
5. Nice variety of sweet and savory! They also serve full on entrees such as Loma saltado and more!

Yum yum yum . I had the pleasure today to eat so local empanadas. Clean oil the meat has flavor and the dough is soft and sweet . Everything was good . Im definitely coming back for more !

So I came here on a friend’s recommendation. I was looking for a particular empanada, but they didn’t have it. I settled to try some off their menu. The cheese and rice gluten-free were my choices, and they tasted great. The service could have had a little outgoing friendliness and not just here your cash and bye. The atmosphere was small and needed to be a bit more open. They had several large freezers behind the counter. I’m sure they have a good reason that I’m not aware. Overall, yummy empanadas.

So it was our first time coming staff was nice but food was not as great what we expected i feel like they could’ve done a lil better and they didn’t give us any utensils on the go or napkins should’ve checked ,for our rice or tres leches . Plus i ask for sauce and all they gave us was a sample sauce lol barely any sauce to dip the chiccharon lol. So idk tbh iv tasted better but empanadas are not it same taste as the frozen ones. ♀️
