Used to go here since 90s. My friends and others I know experience lately is pretty consistent. Rude service and food has went downhill. Theyll cont to lose business soley based on how rude they are.
Aberado’s is far better alternative with treating people kindly and food is way better with their salsa bar too. Better all around imo if comparing these 2 drive thrus !

Hidden gem! Friends from NE told us about this place years ago. We stop every time we are in NE and even drive out of our way to make a stop. Good portions. Since we are not locals we order and eat at the picnic tables on site. Most would consider this just a drive-through location. We try something new each time BUT always order the Cinnamon Chips. They are so good. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but provides for good people watching.

I ordered the number 7, a chicken burrito and had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. Mind you there was only one other car ahead of me. Regardless of the wait the food wasn’t even that good. The proportions are abysmal, your burrito is mostly tortilla. There was more rice than chicken and the chicken was dry. Most of the cheese and sour cream is at the bottom instead of being distributed evenly. They also always add the least amount of sour cream possible, even if you ask them to add more beforehand they don’t. I loved this place as a kid however the food has gone downhill since, I would not recommend.

I came and got food and when I left I was halfway home when I tried to eat my food it was so salty it was inedible I called the store and asked for a refund and they told me to come back the next day to get said refund when I returned the lady was super rude and told me she would not refund me even tho I showed that I had been there with the recept in my cash app because I was not given a receipt I showed I called their location to prove it was them and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and she didnt even refund my full order im very disappointed with the way this was handled because it was very rude and disrespectful she was mad she had to refund me because the food she made was inedible not only extremely salty but super greasy as well. The disrespect shows that they do not care about how their customers feel and it shows

Ordered Doritos nachos at the menu board, got to order window they stated nacho fries, I said no, Doritos nachos, she repeated Doritos nachos, charged me for them, gave me my order, get home 25 miles from D’leons west O street and…they gave me nacho fries. Out almost 14 dollars and only offered a soda and a sorry for compensation. Will not go to again!! Don’t even know why they have nacho fries on the menu, fries are soggy and not very appealing.

This place has really gone down hill as of recent. This is the second time in a row they messed up my order. This time I ordered super fries with no sour cream. Not only did they add it but they put the meat over it so I wouldn’t notice when I checked it before leaving. I double checked with the new cashier that it was without sour cream. Going out of your way to hide something that you know you did wrong is really messed up especially when it’s someone’s food.

I always order the same thing. Cheese quesadilla with an order of potatos locos. I do not expect to bite into what I hope is ham. 1 cheese quesadilla 1 potato’s locos. There isn’t even a ham quesadilla on the menu!?!?!?! I’m 10+ years of getting food this is the first time I’m disappointed.
