We found the food truck across from 7-11 in Waimanalo. The ahi katsu is unlike anything I’ve tasted before. Tender texture and mild tuna flavor. The two ahi poke varieties were excellent but quite sweet. You can pay cash or Venmo.

Fresh, delicious, and kind! We went for an order of rice for our cranky toddler and ended up ordering a friend Onu. The food was fresh and good. The mac salad was perfect and the fish with its sauce was simply amazing.

It was nice to get out of Waikiki, it was excellent to stumble upon such accommodating locals, friendly and informative about their lives.

Delicious and fresh seafood! We found this place yesterday and the owner was very nice and helpful in explaining the different menu options. We tried several types of poke, Ahi katsu, and chicken which were all so uniquely flavorful. I’d highly recommend finding the truck and trying the food if you’re in O’ahu

We were looking forward to a fried aku bone and belly plate and a fried ono plate. We were very disappointed. The aku bone and the ono were either old or fried too long. It was not moist at all. It was smothered in some kind of shoyu teriyaki sauce which did not disguise or help the dryness of the fish. The lady at the window was not wearing a mask, nor was the lady cooking our meal. That should have been a red flag. We won’t be back. One saving grace was the lomi o’io. THAT was good!!

The BEST Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and the men were so nice and sweet…even let me taste both the soy and spicy tuna to be sure it wasn’t too spicy for me! Had a great experience!

Ahi katsu was da !! Huge portions with tuna in their mac. The katsu sauce tasted of a mapley syrup ish shoyu thing. Twas surely different, but also very tasty. It was poured on to the katsu, I should’ve asked for extra. Great for $12.
