Not Good. Every plate (5 orders) we got, the chicken was over cooked / burnt. Such a disappointment☹️. We have eaten here before. It actually rivaled Zaxby’s in our opinion. I guess they figured since it was a to-go order that it was okay to serve burnt to a crisp food. NEVER AGAIN. Even the Texas Toast was burnt. Complete inedible!

The chicken was crunchy, nice. It wasn’t dry at all. The food here is great! The atmosphere is really nice and caring. My cashier James was really kind and outgoing. This is my first time here, and he showed me what to try ! I went 30 minutes out of my way and it was a great decision to come here! I highly recommend this place!

OK I’m reading the reviews for this place and I feel like they’re mixed partially because some people don’t like the breading on the chicken. However, speaking from someone that is super picky about how their chicken is cooked and the texture, this place was the bomb! I hate when chicken is stringy and when there’s too much breading on chicken but Mack’s tenders is spot on. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Also the Cajun ranch is amazing!

Went today 2/16/23. Recently the ownership has changed and inside it’s all called “wings” while on the outside being called “Mack’s tenders” Mack’s was by far the best tenders I had growing up on 210 and no other place compared to it in Jacksonville, the new ownership is terrible. The tenders are completely different and horrible. The fries were terrible and the portion sizes are way smaller. I’m sad the good old Mack’s tenders is gone. I will not be showing up agian, I took a bite of one tender just to try it and one fry and threw the whole plate away. This trip was by far a waste of my 11$.

Overall great food! I wish the wraps and taco tortillas weren’t as dry/stale, but the chicken and slaw made up for it. 30 amazing sauces literally to top it off! A great hidden gas station stop!

Not your average tenders!! These tenders don’t skimp on size, juiciness, or crunch! I ordered a five piece thinking it was comparable to many other large chains and it was more like a 10-12 piece. Huge pieces, the perfect crunch but not to thick, and the right amount of flavors! Paired with the Garlic Parmesan and Garlic buffalo!

Ordered the 9 piece boneless wing combo. This is the second time visiting and it has been just as good both times. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick and enjoyable meal. Staff has always been very friendly and the dining area has been clean during both visits.

Let me start this by saying that I usually like the food that comes from Mack’s Tenders. Today I ordered take out from there. I order and wrap. When I got there to pick it up there was only one other customer there so it wasn’t even like they were busy which is no excuse anyway. When I got back to work and opened it up the wrap was all torn apart and just laying in the box. I had to eat it with a fork instead of like a sandwich. The food was good but why would you let something go out the door looking like that. The presentation was terrible. That effects your reputation. Very disappointed with my experience there today. Probably will not go back to that location. Here is a picture of it.
