What a great whole in the wall!!
My bestie and I decided to go on an adventure from houston. Ended up here last Tuesday night. And let me tell you it was such a treat!! Meet the sweetest owner Tracee with her lovely dog, who thought my friend was his date!!! Lol Haleigh the bartender was so chill!! And met a customer there with lime green toes. !! What a fun time and a great adventure. So worth the drive. Will do it again! ❤️ oh and if you go there. Definitely have to go to the women’s bathroom !!!

Dizzy Llama…. Nice sport bar friendly bartenders and you don’t meet a stranger there … good place to have drinks with family and friends….Friday and Saturday night life for small hometown in Navasota…. And Tracee the owner let just say she loves to make you laugh …..you have to come and visit to see what I’m talking about it

Had a great time hanging out here with my daughter and son-in-law. They are regular supporters of this unique bar. This is a fun place to hang out with friends and make new ones too. The owner is super nice and friendly. She does a wonderful job getting to know each customer. We played a fun betting game using a roomba on a pool table. This roomba is placed on a pool table that is racked, and it would eventually knock all the balls in. Whatever ball is left was the winner of the jackpot! The buy-in was $10 a ball, and you get to pick your number (if it is still available). It’s such a really inventive idea! ** Interesting BATHROOMS.

The dizzy llama is the best bar in town. The bartenders are so friendly and they have awesome games you can play. Friendly service with a smile. One of the best bars I’ve been to. Definitely a must go to whoever hasn’t been before.

*UPDATED REVIEW: I’m not going to delete my original review (below) as it was certainly accurate and relevant at the time of posting. That said, the employee I was speaking of no longer works there and, as a result, the DL is now way better off.
– The bar is always open on time and, as a result, the afternoon crowds continue to grow.
– The staff is friendly and, most importantly, quite attentive.
– The drinks are consistently mixed at the perfect ratio which, allows patrons to more responsibly predict and control their level of intoxication.
– I have NOT witnessed the same mixing of alcohols that I saw from the past employee..BIG thumbs up there.
All in all, I believe in fairness and, I’m just as apt to leave a good review as a bad one…it just depends on which shoe fits. In this case, the DL has really stepped up and hit their stride with quality service and an amazing atmosphere. What a difference one employee can make.
*ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a big fan of dive bars/small town vibes, the DL definitely ticks those boxes. I enjoy the decor, the layout, the game options and the relaxed demeanor of local folk. That said, the DL is (currently) the only bar in town so, their lack of competition has led to some observed shortcuts. After a dozen or so visits, here are my suggestions to Management:
– If the staff can’t adhere to advertised hours, you should consider changing the hours or replacing the employee(s).
– Employees should make an effort to answer the phone when customers call.
– If the Bartender is more focused on their cellphone than refilling empty drinks, you’re paying them to lose money for your business.
– If you’re almost out of a certain type of alcohol, you CANNOT mix another brand into the bottle. I didn’t appreciate seeing that.

I did have so much fun and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I love the way the bathrooms are decorated it’s so cool. The name alone is very interesting. Would love to know why or how this name came about. I believe readers would love to know that information.
