Whoever the young lady is they recently hired in the front is not welcoming. Zero customer service. Was on her phone the entire time I was there. She told me to wait while she was on her cell phone doing something at the time I walked in. The food is okay

I got 20 wings for $17 and I’m glad I did cause the wings were small. I mean 2″ flats and no meat on them or the drums. I will admit, the sauce was by far some of the best sauce I have had. I got the medium, was actually medium and not to hot or mild. And a great flavor too. It took 17 of them to fill me up and I’m a 12 wing guy if they are normal size. All in all, I would definitely recommend the wings but if your like me get the 20, or smaller but with a side. I heard there spicy bbq is good too. I’ll try that next.

My fam and I love the wings and fries here. We’ve tried nearly every flavor. My recent visit was about a week ago. I ordered our usual 50 piece and fries and noticed that the price had gone up a substantial amount. I thought the cashier made an error but I was told prices had changed. I was not informed of the changes when I called my order in nor did I notice any signs indicating changes. Wings get a 5 but the business itself get a 2. I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon. Prices are too ridiculous for me.

Never ever even stop in this store. Just as COVID started I stopped in to get some chicken tenders. They first want to charge me over $40 dollars for something I could get from McDonald’s or Burger King for less then $12. I cut the order down to two for $12. On the counter they have a sign stating no returns on food. We could not eat in the restaurant because of COVID. So we got it to go. So my wife pulls out on 431 going south. Then I opened the box only to find my food is burned. They have very bad quality control and the cook could not miss the fact that he or she burned the food. That was the first time in the store and the last time in the store for me. There was no point in going back to the store because of the sign on the counter top, no return on food, and they knowing gave me burned food. So these people will Rob you blind and give you unexpeable food quality.

My husband and I ordered the mild wings extra crispy. They were so delicious and flavorful. All this time we have been staying in Phenix City we never tried them, but trust me when I say we were disappointed that we didn’t.

I ordered my food via DoorDash and I called to let the company know my order wasn’t prepare correctly. The cashier that answered the phone was rude and very inconsiderate. I spent almost 30 dollars with this company. my chicken wings were over cooked and my egg rolls were burnt. The cashier let me know the egg rolls come frozen and it’s nothing they can do about them. Additionally, she told me there is a no refund policy so me even calling to complain about my order was pointless. Her exact words were “there’s nothing I can do for you.” I will never shop with this restaurant again.
