I love Indian food but don’t often go to restaurants as it can be all a bit samesy. Divaa was great. Had some interesting fridges I had never tried before. Flavours were banging. Very generous serves of everything. Service was fantastic, cheerful & attentive but not over the top. We had a little sample menu which was excellent because it gave us an opportunity to try quite a few dishes. My only regret was not bringing friends as it was hard to sample as much as I wanted to try with only two of us
It was good value too, we came home with lunch for the next day.
They had a good selection of wine. I didn’t love our selection of Resiling if I’m honest but that was a selectors issue.
If I was visiting the area again I would definitely be back!

The restuarent has a nice aesthetic to it. Not your average Indian restuarent.
Food taste and presentation was good, service was warm and friendly. Definately catered to Australian clientele.

Lucky we made early booking when we were in the area as it was quiet packed on a Sat night.
It also gets a bit loud sometimes… as there was a big group next to us.

This has to be some of the very best Indian I have had for many years. I like Indian but not some of the spicy curries which leave one’s mouth gasping for water. We booked although it was quiet the day we went to lunch, but, apparently bookings are absolutely necessary for the evenings because this place is so popular, only about 2 months after opening. We were guided what to choose from the menu and had delicious flavours from all over India, all so flavoursome. Divaa is situated right beside the train station in the centre of Moss Vale with plenty of parking, although it can get busy during the busy winter months. Service and ambience…impeccable. Will definitely be back.

A Delightful New Treasure in Moss Vale

What a joy to discover an authentic Indian gem right here in Moss Vale. The masala dosa was outstanding — beautifully crisp on the outside with a delicious, moist, savoury potato filling that brought true comfort.

The accompanying chutneys and the extra sambar were perfectly balanced, carrying just the right blend of spice and flavour to evoke memories of a childhood kitchen and the warmth of home cooking.

A wonderful addition to our local dining scene, and a place I’m already looking forward to visiting again, this time with my loved one

Was nicely surprised with a birthday lunch at Divaa and wow what incredible food, service and atmosphere this is by far worth more than a five star rating. Could only fit in Chaat, masala dosa, mixed platter for two, goat curry and naan to go with it all very fresh and cooked to perfection. Thanks to Vish for your exceptional customer service and definitely compliments to the Chef. Sydney city siders this is definitely worth the drive. Divaa we will see you soon. Thank you so much

Ordered delivery, the restaurant was amazing, they ran a tiny bit late but called to let us know and kept us update. The food arrived hot and fresh. Everything tastes amazing, would highly recommend. Can’t wait to eat in next time. Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the highlands. High quality ingredients and authentic dishes with great service. This has now replaced our regular go to Indian restaurant in bowral. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!!

wow! coming from a northern indian person, everything we (my wife & i) ordered was in point!

lamb biryani wasn’t coated with heaps of masala, the basmati was fluffy & lightly coated and the lamb succulent.

the masala dosai filling with the beetroot & mint chutney plus sambar perfect!

chicken tikka came looking “not red” BUT smelled of the tandoor & tasted just as it should, well done!

next the keralan prawn moilee absolutely smashed it! perfect balance of spices & coconut cream.

half way i (had to) ordered a palak (spinach) curry “spicy” that came with kofta balls – heavenly (i’m a Sikh so i know my palak).

the papadams were also perfect, not oily & one can tell that the oil it was fried in wasn’t rancid.

i couldn’t do desert but the boss said the kulfi was yummy.

we had the NZ Sav Blanc which was accompanied the meal well.

bravo guys, i felt like eating in India, you deserve the tip i left.
