I don’t go out as often as I used to, but when I do, you have to go to the best places. I’m not sure if you can call this restaurant a hidden gem, but for those who know good food and appreciate excellent service you can’t go wrong here. When it comes to the menu is full of epicurean delights with the real touch of perfection. Our server was amazing and in control of everything about our experience. She guided us through our meal and made sure everything was the way we liked. If you don’t know What the total dining experience is, then you have to come here. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. It is the total dining experience. We can’t wait to visit again.

Overall a great meal, but definitely not worth the 200 dollars we spent. The service was amazing I will give them that. Dan did a great job of explaining the dishes and recommending items. Everyone was very attentive and I liked that the cleared the table after every course. What I didn’t like was the small portions. You have to order quite a few items to ensure you won’t leave hungry. We ordered 7. (For two of us)
We didn’t drink alcohol, but I ordered a mocktail which was 14 dollars for basically seltzer and flavor. That was very overpriced. All of the food was a bit overpriced for what you get. Very good flavors overall, except my fish and cauliflower were only lukewarm and my husband’s steak was not hot either. We had a good experience but left still wanting more to eat, and we aren’t the Olive Garden type lol. The least they could have done was serve complimentary bread with the meal, but you have to order that as well. Very good focaccia bread I must say, though. The 200 dollars did include a 20 percent tip which was deserved as the service was great. Had we ordered alcoholic beverages our bill could have easily been 250-300 dollars.

I love this restaurant ! The food, drinks, staff, atmosphere are all fantastic. Came for my birthday dinner and they went above and beyond to make sure it was a lovely evening for us. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic service and phenomenal food. The mushroom tagliatelle was so well done and the perfect portion size. Plenty of sauce but not too heavy. The in house gelato was also 10/10.

I was a huge fan of the former DiTondos on Seneca Street, so this new variation had a lot to live up to. First off, the updates and renovations are amazing – and were much-needed. The atmosphere inside is completely different from the “hole in the wall” cram of the previous Tavern, and it feels very authentic and welcoming. I have dined twice – once for lunch, and once for dinner, and both times went with the Lasagna Bolognese. I think perhaps it is the best I have ever tasted – absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and professional, and service was good. We tried numerous of their desserts – both amazing. Prices are not cheap, and portion sizes are moderate, so I would only rate the overall value as “acceptable” for the money we spent. Lots of free parking nearby on Seneca and adjacent streets (very short walk). Will definitely return based on the setting, and based on the quality of the food.

WOW. First time visit, and Ditondo did not let down. The food was amazing. Tom, our waiter was awesome. See the pictures of our food and drinks. Well, OK. The food and drinks looked and smelled so good I couldn’t wait to eat, and the pictures are the aftermath of the yumminess.

We had a lovely dinner! This was the first time here and it didn’t disappoint! The service was fantastic and loved the open kitchen concept. Watching Chef Fabio do “His Thing” was spectacular! From our appetizers to dessert they deserve more than 5 stars. We WILL definitely come back! This is one of Buffalo’s finest!!
