Delighted with everything about this place. We decided to try this new place downtown Ocala, after reading the eclectic menu I thought it might be good. Starting the dinner with a Spicy Margarita and the Tuna Poke Nachos, excellent combination of flavors. For the entre I had the grouper tacos and was not disappointed. My husband had the short rib sandwich with cheese grits, literally melt in your mouth delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service. The Guinness was really good as well. The mocha cappuccino pie was delicious and indulgent. The Poke nachos; which I asked for without the cabbage, jalapeños and radishes; because all that stuff is gross! 🙂 came out perfect!!! It is a great place to watch sports and hang out with friends.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The District burger is THE BEST hamburger I have ever had. The consistency of service has been great the past couple of times we have been. Was able to get a large party of 10 in with an hours notice and took very good care of us. The kids pizza is massive and the selection of food overall was great for all of our party including our pescatarian friend. 10/10 highly recommend, best food in Ocala!

Tried out the newly rebuilt location of the old Pi on Broadway downtown Ocala. District Bar & Kitchen looks amazing and really has some elevated food options. The ambience is superb with large TVs and an amazing sound system upstairs overlooking downtown. They had live music featuring AJ’s So Low Acoustic. He was rocking out and really did a great job. We were singing along of when we didn’t know the words. It’s ok because it was just loud enough to drown out our noise. We had the GRILLED CHEESE BITES…

Like some of the other reviews, the atmosphere was awesome on the 2nd floor. From what the space was with the previous business, it has transformed into a great vibe that is anything but claustrophobic. But my personal downside was what we ordered. We got the garlic parmesan wings for the appetizer and they came out pretty quick. But unfortunately they did not have much flavor to them. But we added some avocado ranch and it helped.

We went to The District tonight to celebrate my birthday. They’re still in their “soft opening”! The atmosphere upstairs for outside dining was amazing (they don’t have their overhead fans installed yet, so it was a bit toasty because of the heat and humidity we are having, but our server assured us they’ll be installed soon). The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We had Brussel sprouts, a beet Cobb salad with added sirloin and the Steak Frite. delicious!

Food is different and tastes bode well. Hip and vibrant. Service and atmosphere can’t be beat. I recommend the Pig Mac or the Short Rib sandwiches. A NEW must stop for downtown Ocala. Enjoy!

Went here on a date night with the husband. We had a great time and food was excellent. I didnt like the Berry Nice cocktail. It tasted like rum and not vodka. We went there because we wanted to see if this Detroit pizza was really Detroit pizza. As we are from Detroit we were excited. Although it was very good it was not Detroit. The main thing that makes a Detroit pizza is the cheesy edge. They didnt have cheese going all the way to the edge. It was good just cant really call it Detroit.
