EAT. PLAY. SOCIALIZE.
District 7 Social is a place to be social, play games and to celebrate all of the food and drink that Kentucky has to offer! It’s home to Lexington’s first Duckpin bowling lanes and features a self-serve beer wall, ping pong and a golf simulator in a laid back atmosphere.
You can grab lunch or dinner at District 7 and grab cocktails and wine at the full bar.
We are located in the heart of Lexington’s Distillery District and in Kentucky’s historic 7th Distillery District, on the bourbon trail!

Visiting from Florida and had the best time here. Chill vibes, fantastic staff, and the duckpin bowling was so much fun. Thank you Austin for taking such good care of us! He was so attentive, fast with service, and just an easy going and great guy! 10/10 would recommend going here if you are the District.

While waiting to begin our a 3 hour food & beverage tour with Bites of the Bluegrass four of us stopped in for drinks at District 7 Social Hall! We sat at the bar, our bartender was Austin, he was so knowledgeable, a definite mixologist and made us feel welcome! My favorite beverage our whole day in the Distillery District was District 7’s delicious & well balanced Elderberry Lemon Drop Martini, not too tart & not too sweet, just perfect! When our tour was completed due to our great first impression of Austin and District 7 we decided to go back in for more drinks! We sat at the bar & we were happy to see that Austin was still working so we requested him for more great service and delicious drinks! We played mini duck pin bowling there too which was fun! Definitely want to go back!

My book club and I reserved tables in the “book room” on Thursday and everything was amazing. Gordon was our bartender and he provided us with great service throughout our visit. The smash burger sliders are the absolute best! Check this place out!!

District 7 was a fun and relaxed area. We saw people of all ages from 3 to 78. People were laughing, playing games and having fun on a first date. You can be suicidal or you can be by yourself. We even had two big dogs with us, which drew a lot of attention. Austin and David were very nice. My only complaint was for the bowling. It was quite pricey for what got. It kept messing up on us, even when we switched machines.

You don’t expect gourmet food at a place like this but that’s why you love a place like this! A fun atmosphere and the chef came out and spoke to our group. He also wanted us to see the “Book Club” which is a Wine Speakeasy! Really cool!

We stopped in here because of the great painted mural on the outside of the building. They have a ton of different bourbons to try from the area. The staff is a lot of fun and we enjoyed hanging out here for tasting and later mixed drinks. We also played a few games of duck pins.

Good bar showing the game and ask about duckpin bowling. Bartender said it would be a while as they were reserved. We stayed here about an hour. Nobody actually used the lanes. They just kept saying this Lane is reserved. ♂️

Food was great, got the chicken schnitzel sandwhich, the Ruben and the grilled cheese along with a pretzel. Might have been top five in of all Rubens!!!!!
Atmosphere was a 10. Selection of drinks was excellent. We bowled and played ping pong while drinking.
The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star was that the service was super slow.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I must be getting old because I forgot to post a review for the Old Guys Pub Crawl for District 7 Social Hall. The old dudes were in great spirits here and we took up seat space for quite some time while sipping the brew. Well, one of us slurps it, but slurping comes with age as y’all will soon discover. We love this place. Next time I’ll remember to take a photo. Just as well as I didn’t take a photo because old old Larry forgot his pants. He’s no longer with us.

I went there with a small group, and had a blast as the designated driver. They have awesome bartenders/staff, who went out of there way to acknowledge me being sober, offer non alchy drinks, and noticed when one of my group choked on a drink.
Special shout out to Dave for being awesome and taking with my group about different drinks, getting a water while my group member was choking (he noticed it and grab the water without hesitation), and just being a blast!
