I joined some coworkers here as it was spoken of well, but I wasn’t terribly impressed. Overpriced as many fast-casual restaurants are, yet just a bit dingy, its atmosphere doesn’t quite escape the reality of slinging burgers in a basement. The signature burger was overcooked (the cashier asked how I’d like it but I don’t think the answer mattered) and the ingredients seemed a bit stale. The service was efficient, and overall it was a fine experience. But it sure didn’t win my heart.

They were short staffed but everything was fantastic. 2 servers were very kind, food was super fast out once ordered. From sitting down to eating was about 20 minutes.

Food is consistently good, especially for restaurants in the Tunnels. It’s one of the few places you can get a balanced traditional style meal. I only put 4 stars on the Service & atmosphere because of the walkup counter style of service. Prices are a little on the high end but not unreasonable for the location and quality.

I arrived today at 2:14 PM and the cashier rudely said, “We are closed already. I am breaking my till down. ” WOW, what a first impression. If they were closed, then why leave the door open or advertise that the establishment closes at 3 PM?

Great food, not too crowded or noisy so it makes for a great place w/ others.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while, I pass it all the time on lunch time strolls. Today I finally decided to give it a try and am so happy I did. I had the Toga burger on a “Slow Dough” bun; it was topped with arugula, gorgonzola, and pesto. They cooked it to medium, as requested, and it was a juicy burger with just a bit of pink. I had a side of sweet potato fries, which were great. The price was pretty reasonable (~$15). The other items on the menu also looked good, I’ll definitely be returning to try some of the other options.

Good food and service, for a little more cost.

Ordered the $6 Angus ala carte burger online for pickup, just as-is (no cheese or other addons). Expected a 1/4 lb burger for the price, but it was a solid burger — I’m guessing at least 1/3 lb. Had no sauce on the bun (but had great juices from the patty), and they included a little tub of ketchup and some doctored mayo. I’d say it’s a decent burger, and for the price, it’s one notch up.
