The BBQ were pretty good. Tofu crab meat was delicious. Didn’t expect they have live music. Forgot to check if they actually charged additional $2 for that

Fusion bbq has a lot of tasty dishes. A lot of different meats on different kinds of skewers. You order through the virtual menu, so you can order as quickly as possibly. The food comes out soon after and it goes on the hot plate. I enjoy the fancy hot plate for keeping the food warm. The food tastes nice and was both well seasoned and well cooked. The bread was soft and sweet, delicious as well.

Beautiful neon lights and unique hip atmosphere. Fun place to bring friends for the awesome vibe. Skewers are all I order here, other menu items are optional for me.

Very Good Food, Very Efficient! I love the Ordering Process which is quick and the food comes out in waves. There were a plethora of options available from simple to exotic – I don’t eat octopus but this food was so tasty, I almost tried.
The Enoke Mushrooms… ☺️❤️❤️❤️ and the Beef was succulent, very tasty. I’m on a plane flying back to San Diego so I can’t really express how much I loved the aesthetics. Will come back!

Quick service with great food! I really like the atmosphere inside it makes you feel like you’re really in a night time skewer shop that’s trendy and fun regardless of the time of day. Wait times depend on when you go of course, when it was busy I had about a 15 minute wait and when it wasn’t very busy I had no wait.

This is a Chinese skewer restaurant with very colorful decor. Everywhere you look there are some witty phrases in neon colors. The partition between the two rows of booth tables has glowing red flames coming up. On one side there is a stage with karaoke and lounge seatings. Some of the food was pretty good, such as the lamb skewers, some just OK. We went there shortly after 5pm on a Thursday and there was no wait. But at around 6pm there were already a waiting line.

This place was so much fun! A great addition to the Bay Area! You are instantly transported to a different world as soon as you enter the restaurant. The menu was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Mystery drinks, finger shockers, and a faux pharmaceuticals. We came for a birthday and it was a perfect place to celebrate, laugh, and enjoy the ambience. The staff was extremely fast to deliver the food and drinks. There was also a singer and karaoke later in the night! I highly recommend checking this place out especially for special occasions!

Nice Chinese BBQ bar. Recommend beef brisket deckle. There’s still room for restaurant runners and servers to improve.
Good side of the service is that servers are constantly collecting used sticks and refilling water.
The downside is that mistakes happen here and there: our food portion was served incorrectly (then they served twice the missing portion for apologies) and we were asked to check out before we got served all the food.

If you go to the h-mart plaza you can’t miss this place, it stands out so much because of their neon lights. The food here is pretty good but I’d say their squid/octopus skewers stand out. I also enjoyed their intestines which have whole garlic cloves to cut the fattyness. Their toast is good as well they use a sweeter bread that I like. Stinky tofu dish and skewer were both good but I wish it was more intense. I basically liked everything we ordered but I will say it is kind of expensive. They even have a live singer (you can tip and pay to request songs through the menu). They also have interesting novelty foods like mahjong shaped dessert, watermelon popsicle that looks like marbled beef, many bug dishes etc.
My favorite surprise here was their neon Detective Conan sign outside the bathrooms. I’m not sure why it’s here but I’m a fan. All in all this is a place I’d definitely take my friends to for the vibes but as the night went on the crowd of people waiting got crazier so be prepared to wait.

Food and their prices can be hit or miss in my opinion. Some items were good, some items were questionable. The item names on the menu are probably much more accurate/descriptive in Mandarin than English, but for example, the ‘grilled scallops on the stick’ were imitation scallop, and the ‘tenderloin in baked cake’ had a hotdog-like filling that was unappetizing (they did end up taking this one off our bill). I might come back if I’m craving specific skewers (for example, the chicken skin and chicken wing skewers were good!) but I wouldn’t order too many of the non-skewer things again. Also everything is veryyyy heavily seasoned, so I would suggest pairing with white rice! Atmosphere is pretty cool but loud. They had a live singer while we were there who was really good – they say on the menu they’ll charge $2 per person dining while they have live music to support the musician but we didn’t get charged.
