1st time ever going there. Heard about from someone that went there. Jaylen was our server, and she was great. Several others came in after us, and Jaylen (sp?) was the only one working the floor. Great service and the fries combinations offered were crazy but tasted great.

Firstly, I would say that this experience was a 2.5 tbh, but I’m giving it 3 simply because our food was good. However, it’s not what we wanted. I wanted to try the soul rolls and they were out. SN: I called 6 days later to see if they had any, and nope, they did not . Also, we’re told they were out of chicken, but 20 minutes after being there, once we got our food another patron had come in to order the wings, and they miraculous had them. What the hostess meant was that they didn’t have the Chicken topper for one of their dirty fries meals but that wasn’t what we were told originally. Not sure if I honestly want to try this place again, but we’ll see.

We chose to eat here after hearing good things about it. We ordered it and brought it back to work. The soul roll (in my opinion) was not good. They put a brown sauce with it. I thought it was gravy (since the roll is like a thanksgiving meal) but no. It was an apple cinnamon spicy sauce. It wasn’t the worst. I think what throws it off is the egg roll itself. Had they fried this in a crescent roll it probably would have tasted better. Then there was the issue of it being cold and hard by the time we got it back. The food wasn’t horrible. Probably would have tasted better had it been fresh out the oven. I’ll try again when I can eat there and not take out.

My food was AMAZING and it was my 1st time. The lady at the register was very patient with me and even assisted me in my order. There was a lot to choose from. My food was sooooo good and I will definitely be back!

This place was excellent. All the food was worth the wait. We had the chicken bacon ranch and the down under fries with the soul food egg rolls. All was wonderful. The only con was that there were no paper towels and soap in the barhroom.. when we told them – the issue was fixed. Lovely group of people

Not bad at all. I would definitely try again but probably with something simpler. I had the chicken bacon ranch but also added steak. Taste was good, but just personal preference, it would’ve been nice if the fries were layered with sauce. Most everything was on top. Small gripe but makes a big difference IMO. Either way, the rating doesn’t reflect the food. This place should at least be 4 star.

So many things to choose from here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the chicken bacon ranch fries and buffalo wings. Both were very good! Everything was hot and fresh. Only suggestion I would make is to have napkins available since wings can get messy.

Potato was undercooked
Had the honey old bay and honey garlic.
Sauces are great. I will say that.
But you NEED to ask for extra. Not seasoned well enough.
Paid $28 for both.
Menu doesn’t show that the fries are $4, potato is $5.
Charging for onions, peppers, and jalapenos is kinda disappointing because the portion was tiny. Maybe if they loaded the veggies, I’d say otherwise.
NOT ENOUGH CHEESE. Literally half my potato was plain.
Could’ve added chives, sour cream, something to just give it some color and texture.
Shrimp was pretty good.
I had like 6 pieces of steak. Literally.
I’ll go back and try again one day. Maybe try the milkshake.
Flavors were good, just need to up the portions and spread the cheese throughout. I know covid is hindering a lot. But the balance wasn’t there.
