I ordered Salmon Croquettes with potatoes and onions and Mac and cheese. The potatoes and onions were super dry, burnt, and didn’t have any flavor other than dirty grease. They immediately went in the trash. The mac & cheese was drier than the potatoes and didn’t really have cheese. It was more like boiled noodles with a sprinkle of cheese. It taste it like nobody put any effort into it. That went in the trash, too. I had high hopes for the croquettes, but the only flavor I got was old grease and it left a bad taste sitting on the back of my tongue. Since I used DoorDash, this was about $35 that I wasted. This place used to be so good but the last two times I ordered, it was nasty enough for me to write a review, and I don’t even write reviews.

Alright. So I was strolling on TikTok and came across this place. Due to the video showing delicious food options— I just had to try it.
We had to wait for 15 – 20 minutes for the food. It was made FRESH! The Dirty Waffle tasted like it was birthday cake! It was amazing. Super fluffy and airy. The sausage biscuit and gravy was good too. Loved how crispy the sausage wa and the biscuits were buttery! But the best item we ordered was the catfish and grits. The breading on the fish was crispy and extremely flavorful. Catfish itself had a clean fresh taste and it was moist. The staff didn’t play— these grits were SUPER cheesy. The sauce that was on top of the catfish was savory and not spicy. We decided that this catfish and grits is the best we had in years! What they served today is way better than any other fish joint in town.
Trust us— we are foodie people— you won’t be disappointed. Go get you some Dirty Breakfast.

Tried this tiny place for the first time today, and it was so cute with so many great options to choose from including breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I went simple this time with the Texas toast breakfast sandwich and a side of hash browns – so good! And the lemonade was super cute and sweet with frozen berries inside the ice. There is very limited seating inside – maybe room for 10-15 people? But most people seem to get carry out, so my friend and I had the seating area to ourselves. I will definitely be back!

I decided to try the restaurant “DIRTY KITCHEN”, this morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon entry they only have two, four chair tables and a four seat wall bar eatery, very nice. The atmosphere was homey and laid back, with jazz music flowing in the air. I decided to dine in. I ordered fried whiting, cheesey grits and eggs with their signature Dirty sauce(soooo good), I was really impressed cause the first taste of the grits and fish, did it! Took me back to Alabama in the country oooooooh how I miss my growing up in the south, but enjoying this food I will definitely be coming back. I just found my go to spot for Breakfast outside my home , I also ordered fried pork chops, cheesey grits and eggs and their signature Dirty sauce for some one. If anyone is looking for a NEW place for Breakfast with a southern soulful twist try “DIRTY KITCHEN”

The owner was extremely nice. We ordered the dirty catch fish grit bowl! The grits were smooth and the sauce was delicious. 10/10. If we are ever back in town, we will be stopping by again. I like the old school jams playing. Reminds me of my southern childhood.

Worst food experience ever. Ordered them for the first time. The macaroni had no cheese. Potatoes overcooked with no onions and my salmon had something stringy in it. I called them multiple times. No answer. Even the Cinnamon Toast Crunch taste like it came from a stale box of cereal . Will not order again. It was like eating nasty leftovers . To the trash it went and never again.

Just DON’T get the Mac & Cheese. Lawd have mercy!!!!! It’s May 7th why did y’all serve us macaroni from Easter!!!!!Everything else was fine. Catfish a bit salty, grits have a texture you have to get used to. Dirty sauce was delicious. The lemonade is the star of the show here.

When I say this gentleman knows his way around that kitchen lord I mean it th owner came out and was very friendly and helpful I had my heart set the lamb chops and grits. He kindly told me the truck had just delivered them recently and they wouldn’t be ready today he suggested the catfish and grits my wife and children had the dirty waffles and a breakfast bowl when the food came out I didn’t hear a word out of my family everything was 10/10 definitely going back soon!! Get them waffles and have them make em dirty you won’t regret it

What do you want? If you are looking for fancy coffee or decor, this isn’t your place. If you want damn good food, this is it. Best cheesy grits I’ve ever had and I was born in the South. The eggs were real eggs, not that crap from a carton that most breakfast places use. 100% coming back!
