We had a wonderful dinner and saved half of each of our steak for lunch later during our mini vacation. They packed a bag with 2 containers when I looked in and when we pulled it out to our disappointment- they forgot to put the steaks in $185 worth of steaks missing. When I went to the front desk at the Hilton resort they said to speak the manager. It was Monday and they were closed. Back in NY I reached out with pictures of what was given along with our receipt and since we need to buy lunch because they never sent the leftovers I asked for a credit of half the amount of the steaks. I was told NO and they were open on Monday (which if you look at the website they are closed and the front desk told me that as well). General Manager said she would use this as a training opportunity – DO BETTER. We are long term Hilton members and I exclusively use Hilton for my business travel as well. Maybe I need to start looking elsewhere. For the $300 I spent – I would have expected more from the restaurant or at least given the food I paid for. Will be reaching out to Hilton direct and my CC company as well. DO BETTER!!

The Diplomat provided an amazing experience. I ordered the Australian Wagyu Steak with Bone Marrow. Shareable sides included mashed potatos, mushrooms, asparagus, and creamed spinach. Staff were attentive, provided conversation and even local activities to enjoy. The food and dining experience were memorable.

From the moment we arrived, the elegant atmosphere and warm, attentive service made the evening feel truly special. The staff was flawless—professional, friendly, and mindful of every detail without being intrusive.
The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The sides, especially the truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, were the perfect complement. The cocktails and wine selection were also outstanding.
This is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or any meaningful celebration. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Solid steakhouse that’s inside of The Diplomat. We had an incredible private dinner that was hosted by a vendor in the back room. The service was impeccable (never a time where my water and wine glass were empty). The food came out in a timely manner and everyone raved how good the food was. The striploin was tender and cooked perfectly. The creamed spinach was also very good. Both the chicken and fish were seasoned perfectly and not dry at all. Loved how they offered the chef’s duo for dessert—my fave was the crème brûlée. Definitely recommend!

Serving cheap rolls. Finished our appetizers and waited 30 min for our cold steaks. I wish we went to our regular spot called Cut432 in Delray beach. Way better steaks and seafood. Would Highly recommend Texas Roadhouse ovet this Diplomat Prime place. Totally overpriced and mediocre steaks.

So me and my husband come here every year for his birthday. He loves the diplite hotel and he really loves the restaurant. One thing they changed this year is when you order the aged ribeye they slice it before they bring it to the table which when I received mine it was warm to temperature and it was kind of dry with no juice because when you slice meat it’s going to cool off and dry out. So we were really disappointed with that. The meat was tender. The service was excellent but for $95 for a steak and we ordered two like we told the waiter next time. Please you should let people know if you changed your policy and you start slicing their steak for them.

Wow! It really tells you everything you need to know when you are “greeted” with disrespect from a host. I would expect more from an upscale place. I’m glad I didn’t stay to give my money to this establishment. I’ve been once last year and service wasn’t the greatest. I wanted to give it another shot due to convenience of being at the hotel I’m staying with. NEVER again. The host was extremely rude when she said our reservation wasn’t there, and I showed her my email confirmation. We spent our $600 dinner for 2 to celebrate my birthday elsewhere!

We had a great experience at this restaurant for Valentine’s Day. My husband and I enjoyed their special menu, which included ceviche, lobster, and steak, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The only downside was the service. When we arrived, it was just five minutes before our reservation, and the hostess asked us to wait. However, even after 15 minutes, we were still waiting while about six other couples were seated before us. I finally asked if we could be seated, and only then did she do so. She was polite, but the situation was frustrating.
Once seated, we waited another 20 minutes before a server even came to our table. Throughout the meal, it was difficult to get the server’s attention whenever we needed something, and we often had to wait a while.
Despite the service, the food, the drinks and atmosphere were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I even got some beautiful flowers.

My mother and I were in town for the GI conference during the weekend of 11/14/25. We ate here on that Saturday night at 5:30. We expected it to be expensive, but it was ridiculously so for the food we ordered. I got the salmon and she got the 8oz fillet. We shared a Caesar salad. She also ordered a glass of red wine. The food was good and I did really enjoy the salmon, but not anything earth shattering. The appetizer bread they serve was nothing special and not made in house from the looks of it. The butter was pretty tasteless and barely had any honey in it, though it was called honey butter. It took almost an hour for our food to come out though there were maybe 3-4 other tables seated around us. It was not busy. Staff were very courteous and polite. Later that night at around 9, my mother came down with food poisoning and I can only attribute it to the steak she ordered that I did not eat any of. She had it cooked medium well.
