Just when I took a break from my diet, I found an ice cream oasis in the middle of the Lake Geneva area. The ice cream was out of this world. Lots of selection. The shop was well staffed, the servers were nice and the line moved. Some seating indoors and outdoors. It hit the spot.

IGNROE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. I’ve been coming to dip in the bay at least 2-3 times per year since they opened in 2012 and love their ice cream! Wonderful service. They mark ice cream that may contain gluten or nuts so those with allergies know what they can have.

Seemed to have a solid selection of flavors. Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. And, they didn’t have an egg-free vanilla, so we had to go somewhere else. If you want good ice cream and service, go to the Frosty Moose across the street.

Meant to go to the Frosty Moose, but ended up here. Happy accident though — amazing ice cream and environment. Great selection of flavors (including non-chocolate ones) and plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff. I got their lemon cheesecake and praline flavors and they were delicious.

Always stop in to Dip in the bay!!! Fresh fruit and nut ice cream. Ice cream delivered weekly! Ordered and made within 24-48 its in the store. Staff will happily scoop from a fresh tub in the back for nut allergies!!! Lots of gluten-free options and the best Italian ice! The owner and staff are always smiling and greet you as soon as you walk through the door Nice portion sizes with a option for kids sizes. Parking seating inside as well as out. Perfect place even if you are a local to take a mini vacation!

The staff was friendly however the inside of the building smells terrible like cigarette smoke and mildew. The ice cream was not very flavorful. Didn’t like the blue moon or the lemon but my youngest enjoyed the Superman flavor.

Good selection of ice cream. Their service is usally sometimes ‘wanting’ as I’ve only been there when they have what seem like H.S. kids. One time I went in and I had to wait until they were done swapping stories before I got served. But all-around, a good place to get good ice cream.

Always great ice cream! If you have any kind of allergy they will get a fresh tub of ice cream from the back untouched and scoop on the spot for you!! The staff is great and the place is very clean If you see a long line it’s well worth the wait!!
