Overall experience, not terrible but the family seem to like their food quite a bit. They got a waffle or pancake. However, my eggs Benedict was subpar. The muffins seem kind of stale, and the hollandaise sauce was a little runny, not much flavor.

I really liked this place. The waitress was fantastic and took care of us quite well. It uplifted the whole experience pregnant and all! Food was great we got a couple burgers, fish tacos, and my youngest got the Marsala. He would have been the hardest to please and gave us a thumbs up! Desert seems to be home made and their specialty so we grabbed that too…..yum! An excellent choice for the family and I after hours of travel. Sure beat the experience we had next door at the inn……it’s almost a shame their coupled together in the same building.

Great food and great staff. There were 5 of us and we all left happy and full. Prices were extremely reasonable. There was not one error with our waitress and food which we have found is hard to come by these days. Refreshing to have such good food and service. Our meals came out fast. Waitress kept drinks full and checked in on us “just enough.” We parked up front though and got a very rude lady from the hotel yelling at us that we couldn’t park there. This was not a handicap spot. We said ok, and she snottily said, you’re young enough, you can walk. Shame a great restaurant has such rude staff on the other side.

The entrance to Dino’s is a little deceiving. It’s a little dark when you walk in but the dining room is bright and welcoming! The staff was very nice! Everything was clean and the seating all looked new. The food was really good! My husband had the meat loaf and mashed potatoes and ate everything! My daughter had the club sandwich! Very good! I had the crispy chicken wrap! Very good and fresh!!! I think our server’s name was Amanda. She was so nice, so professional and very attentive! I highly recommend this cute restaurant! Looks like they have a nice bar area too!

The remodel looks really nice. Our waitress did very well. The food I was very disappointed in. Ordered the roast beef on bread with gravy and mashed potatoes. There was no vegetable. The roast beef wasn’t roast beef. They took shavings like you would get at Subway but even thinner. The bread tasted old. Small portion for the price. My sons burger was terrible, and his bread was hard and wasn’t grilled. We went during mid day, so they weren’t busy.

Is give them a 3.5. I had the prime rib it was ok. My wife had a French dip that she liked. My daughter’s kids meal was a very good size cheeseburger and fries that she loved. Server was nice

I only ordered takeout. The breakfast is excellent and I never had a bad meal. My son orders French fries and he enjoys them. They have great service and they are always busy during Sunday morning. I would recommend the 2 eggs breakfast. The hash browns are always crispy and the bacon tastes really good. The eggs are made to order and they supply the necessary items for takeout.

Great, as usual. We live near Des Moines, Iowa, so when we make the trip to Portage, it always includes a trip to Dinos. We’re originally from Portage. The only disappointment was we got there too late for my mom to have her Wisconsin cheese omelet, which she’d been looking forward to for weeks. Still, it’s an outstanding restaurant. Thanks.
