Different management all the time. The current management has a chip on their shoulders or something. The prices are ridiculous. I come in for tobacco products and they look as if they have an attitude probably because I’m not ordering food. It’s money regardless, I would never want their food. There are still visible rat glue traps. Chicken wings are $7 for 3 or 4 pieces, that’s just crazy. I can buy a pack & fry them myself. Every business in Paterson is ridiculous with prices and professionalism. It’s very sad!!!

To be honest, I used to like this place when it was DAWA, Now that it’s Pharos, I feel like the quality of food has became stale and cheap quality. I legit ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a gyro and chicken nacho and cheesecake, the usual that I always get, but when they changed to Pharos, the nacho chips were stale, the cheese tasted burnt, and the gyro and sandwich tasted so bland. I’m really disappointed. Seems like this place lost their touch. Don’t think I will be ordering from them anymore.

There 21 shrimp meal isn’t 21 shrimp it’s “18-21” according to the manager, who decided to bring uncooked shrimp with my forgotten shrimp and soda to show me- no you advertise 21 I paid for 21 not an estimate. He said “for next time you know” no next time you need to clarify what exactly it is I AM PAYING FOR on your Menu.

Ordered a pie extra cheese and sausage from the Slice app. The pizza overall had a kind of acidic/lemony taste to it and the bread was honestly flavorless. The sausage was a big disappointment; thin shaved rectangles over the pizza that didn’t quite sink in or stick-to the lemony cheese. They taste like they had been soaked in water, very faint sausage flavor. Was very disappointed because the Slice app lists them as 4 stars.

This place is good. I’ve ran down the entire menu to sample everything they have to offer. And they are good. Don’t hesitate please. Order from here. Delivery may be slow bc they need to cook up greatness. I’m amazed by them every time. And to those who complain about extra ingredients you can always ask them to take them off. Act like it’s a professional restaurant

The best place I’ve ever eaten in Paterson I order 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches with light salt and pepper and they where great not made sloppy they were package correctly and orderly and overall the sandwiches where great I rate this place a 5* even the delivery man was nice came in exactly the amount of time they said he would arrive and told me have a great day we need more places like this in Paterson Nj makes you feel safe to eat out again ! Ever since this place announced it was opening I was waiting and waiting for the day to come. Then the day come and it was pretty empty, nothing special.
Then, a month ago I got a menu of theirs in the mail. I looked over the menu and saw every kind of food at awesome prices. I ordered fried chicken, fries, and cole saw. It was so good that now Im at my almost fifth time ordering since then. I will try not to go broke ordering from them. My only problem is with the pasta, I ordered alfredo with crispy chicken, and they gave me under cooked grilled chicken with very runny alfredo sauce. I also ordered chicken parm and the sauce was good but again the chicken was undercooked. So maybe be weary when trying the pasta. Besides that, the cold heroes are amazing (turkey, swiss, bacon!) and all the fried foods are awesome.

When this place use to accept ebt and the Chinese man. Use to run it . Not gonna lie the food and service was great . They food was delicious and the cooks were nice .
