They didn’t start making our food until we got there to pick it up and the salami on the calzone was rotten. Eggplant grinder was delicious hence the star.

We tried the Aegean pizza and oh my gosh….it’s SO GOOD! Fresh, lite, flavorful, and a little different in the best way. The chopped garlic cloves with the tomatoes and red sauce is delicious! Who knew something so easy can be so good?! Definitely going back for that one again and possibly even ordering two next time…. (One for him and one for me)!

I had originally written a somewhat ugly review due to an experience that was pretty irritating at the time and definitely inconvenienced us. Upon their response, I got a more detailed explanation and an apology which I found very nice and made the situation more understandable. I’ve since deleted said review and am leaving a better one due to the response received and the steps they took to prevent it from happening to someone else. It was definitely minor, but it for sure threw off our evening. I have to give credit where it’s due and it is due here. Thank you.

We were grateful to find an open place to eat. Our salads were thoughtfully made and the pizza was decent. The night we were there, they were short staffed, only one guy making pizza for all the desperate people in an area without many open restaurants. They served our food with a smile.

Tried this place for the first time. Moved to Maine a couple weeks ago. The owners are really quite nice. The pizza is a different story. Although I liked the crust because it was crunchy, the sauce needs a lot of love. It’s got no flavor at all and I’m not really sure what kind of cheese they use on their pizza because it really wasn’t fully melted. You can certainly eat in.. they do a lot of take out business. Next time we’ll try their sandwiches.

I am not picky about pizza; Originally planned to get pizza at a local grocery store who advertised they make their pizza fresh (I have gone to Kennebunk Maine and ordered pizza from the local grocery store who also made their own pizza fresh and it exceeded expectations; very good pizza).
People in my party were more particular and did not like the idea of getting pizza from the grocery store. So they decided instead of going down the street to get what they thought would be “conveyor belt pizza”, to go to Dinos Pizza.
I do not know what pizza people were receiving before, the pictures on the other reviews is not what we received.
It is hilarious to me because the people who were particular went out of there way to get not “conveyor belt pizza” and that is exactly what we got.
First when opening the box I noticed there was no grease on the bottom of the box, none at all, not even a drop. I by no means like greasy food, but it is as if this pizza was made earlier in the day and then they placed it in this box.
The pizza was definitely cooked longer than it should have; I like a nice crispy cheese pizza, but this was like cardboard. I feel like when you pick up a slice of pizza and it does not move at all, there is a problem. The crust is my favorite part of the pizza, and it was just SO SAD. The other pictures from reviewers made it look like the crust would be crispy and soft inside. This pizza was edible, hence the two stars but I will not be back.
In retrospect, I bet the people in my party would have been happier trying out the grocery store pizza.

I did not give 2 stars for the lack of grease. I gave two stars for the reasons in the paragraph directly above. The pizza just did not seem like it was made fresh for us.

I saw other reviewers pictures, got excited to eat here and I am just saying that is not the pizza I got.

This is a sad review to write. I’ve enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Dino’s over the past two years. Not today. The place looked dirty and unkempt. No clean tables ( every table had food and crumbs from earlier guests) the garbage cans apparently have not been wiped or cleaned lately, and even the plants are dying. Then there’s the food. No exaggeration- the sub had two slices of meat. There were no napkins handy although when I asked for them–they were provided. I hope things improve. It’s been a favorite place to visit but it was a disappointing experience today.

So the first thing I saw when walking was an ancient gaming station and car racer arcade game. Immediately fell in love with this place. It has such a great vibe, the chef is an amazing guy that brought laughter and good cheer to everybody inside. The southwestern wrap I got was great and it wasnt too expensive. Definitely recommend Dinos Pizza Shop!
