He was unbelievably kind, attentive, and professional — the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. He made sure everything was just right, and his warm energy turned a great dinner into something truly special.
Thanks to Matúš (Matthew), my birthday felt magical — I couldn’t have wished for a better evening.
The best waiter I’ve ever met, and a person who made our night one to remember. ❤️
Our favourites:
Nigiri Otoro
Nigiri Salmon and foie gras
Nigiri Wague Beef
Lava cake and mochies – highly recommend.
service was friendly, but sadly did not uphold eyecontact well until later in the evening.
the restaurant well decorated and has a good ambiance.
expected way more from a michelin restaurant…
My wife and I dined with another couple and took the multi-course tasting menu – “DiningRuhm Gourmet Menü”.
The dishes were interesting, with original flavors and very delicious. The presentation was great and appealing.
The atmosphere and ambiance were very good, although the restaurant was full.
The online reservation was simple, and the service was perfect.
We arrived rather late in the evening, so the service was a bit hasty, which was fine for us, due to the flight schedule. If you plan to take the tasting menu and want a more relaxed experience, it’s better to arrive earlier in the day.
I totally recommend this restaurant for people who like Japanese cuisine with raw fish and seafood.
We will definitely dine here again on some future visit to Vienna.
