This is easily my favorite Chinese place. Been coming here since I was little, and it is always great. Combination plates are the way to go. Also have the best potstickers around!

I lived in St. Louis for a couple years and from the time I first had Dingho all others have failed when compared to this delicious establishment. I’ve had Chinese food all over and Dingho is just delicious food made with fresh ingredients. My wife doesn’t like Chinese food, but I can always get her to eat Dingho when we come back to visit family. I don’t write many reviews and I don’t give 5 stars unless something deserves it. Love their Szechuan chicken and they always make it for me with the vegetables I request. Wife and Mother-in-law love the sweet and sour chicken and the beef and broccoli.

Super cheap and the best tasting in South city. Cash only is fine with how cheap it is. QT is across the street for an ATM. They give you a ton of food and are friendly. No frills good food. I would only takeout… not sit in

EVERYTHING was deep fried and over cooked, the fried rice was just rice with soy and nothing, not even some egg or peas, blah. Cashew chicken is NOT a deep fried dish but they managed to serve it up… the sauce was good but there was no vegetables with it, the General Tso’s chicken was no better. Honestly frozen microwave Chinese food would have been better.

When it comes to finding Chinese food that I like I find it very difficult to say the least. I tried A LOT of different places when I moved here & hated them all until I finally found Dingho! Everything I’ve had here is delicious but my usuals r beef & broccoli, mixed vegetables, hot braised chicken, chicken fried rice, &/or pot stickers. They’re also very fast!

Love their food. Everything I’ve gotten has tons of flavor and tastes fresh. Not like other places that you can tell it was prepared that morning and has been sitting all day.

We moved away from Affton over 10 years ago but we still go back when we want Chinese food. We tried all the places closer to home and none of them are nearly as good. Worth driving a few miles for the great quality of food.

Dingho is an Affton staple of Chinese food. For decades this small hole in the wall shop has been serving up huge portions of food for unbelievably cheap prices (less than $6 for a combo plate) with great taste. Cash only and closed on Sundays.

My wife and I ate in here once randomly. The prices were very cheap but the food was really good. The dine in area is a little cold in the winter so bring a jacket, and they only take cash or check
