Great food. Our group ordered a broiled seafood platter a fried seafood platter and the filet an lobster tail Wednesday night special. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was cooked well, with nice presentation.

We tried it. ….

Drinks: Husband says best old fashion he’s had. Dirty Shirley was decent. Didn’t have any drinks, including waters, until after our soups were finished.

Food:
All you can eat prime rib- tender. Juicy. Quick on the “refills”. Good flavor.

Filet- inedible. Ordered medium rare. It came so overdone, I couldn’t eat it. I have never sent food back, but the server asked if we needed anything and I said maybe a less done piece of meat. She said she’d check and came back with a new steak very quickly. Joke was on me… it was charred on the outside and raw on the inside. Also, inedible. We chose to not bring any of that home. $31 steak.

Baked French Onion Soup- we both finished our cups. The cheese was incredibly thick. Not either of our #1 in the BFO soup category, but edible!

Baked potato and cubed potatoes were both good, as well.

Return- nope. Recommend- nope. Service- very new girl. Sweet. Friendly. Brand new on the job and did a great job serving after getting those drinks out. Food, hard pass based on this experience.

Ding-A-Ling isn’t just a great name, it’s a great place all of the way around. The food is really good and the prices ROCK! The service is always really good. We enjoyed a lovely family birthday dinner for my husband this past visit. It was a good time.

What a chaotic mess! Never been here before and will not return. First off, not really a supper club. It’s more of bar with a dining area, but honestly it would not have mattered if the food & service were on point, but they were not. I got the wrong steak, my husband’s lobster tail was overcooked and dry, we waited over 20 minutes for water and diet coke and the line to pay the bill was six people deep while the hostess chatted with a table of people.

Rustic place. We were seated at “the table we never use” which was cramped and at an odd angle. Service wasn’t terribly attentive but was very friendly. Drinks were kind of weak. Prime rib was very well prepared, the sides were uninspired.

Our stop last night was The Ding-a-Ling in Orfordville. Haven’t been in years. Very Busy but the staff was efficient. We had one at the bar and we’re sat at a table. Very small but cozy venu. I had the lightly breaded Cod. Wife had the Poor Man’s Lobster(Broiled) both were tender and flakey. All the sides were super good. Especially the potato pancakes. Slaw was plentiful and tasty. Good boozy cocktails. We’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
