As of three days ago, there is new ownership at this cute nostalgic diner with plenty of things to look at all around and flashbacks in history. The new owner and wait staff are extremely friendly, great experience very accommodating no vegan items on the menu yet, but they can modify. I gave this solid five stars because it’s exactly what you expect from an older diner car experience the food, the coffee, the atmosphere.

We had a great experience here this morning! I’m honestly sad we haven’t been here prior to today.
Breakfast was great! I enjoyed my pancake platter with eggs and bacon. I also very much enjoyed a side of Cream chip beef!
Hubby enjoyed his Linwood Special and side of home potatoes!
The owners were Super Friendly and kind.
our waitress was funny and sweet
I absolutely adored the 50s theme and music. It’s very nice quiet place to be with enjoyable company.
Even though she has a little ware and tare on the outside, on the inside they really dump in that love and care for their food and customers
(They are growing their own veggies outside the place as well which I thought was pretty awesome!!!)
10/10 will recommend to anyone and we will back to try some lunch with our kiddos in the near future!!

Stopped in with our two grandsons 3 and 8 for lunch. The place smelled like sewage and on the dirty side. Tried to order chicken tenders off the kids menu but was told they where out of them that I would have to order the adult size which was $16+ dollars. I did happen to see they had them in the appetizer section for $8 for 3 tenders so we ordered them. I ordered a 1/2 lb cheese burger deluxe, with a side of mayo. When I received my order the first thing I noticed was the Mayo packets she gave me were swollen and when I opened I could tell they were expired. The mustard on the table had separate and no matter how hard you shook it only a watery mess came out. When I opened the bun to put on the tomato I noticed the burger was very thin. The real issue was when I took a bite. The burger was so hard, crusted, over cooked and dried. My husband called the owner who was the only waitress over. We told her it was way over cooked. She looked at it walked over to the counter yelled to the man in the back that I am complaining it’s over cooked. I thought they were making me a new burger, the rest of may family continued to eat their French toast and the chicken tenders which my grandson said tasted funny. I ran to the bathroom while waiting and I turned the water on to wash my hands it came out brown. I had never seen that before. I let it run for a few minutes but it remained brown. I didn’t end up even washing my hands. When I got back to the table still no burger just the nasty one still sitting there. Then the woman comes over and hands me a to go box and said it’s to take my burger home in. I told her I’m not taking that home it’s over cooked. She said well that’s how we cook them. And I said well I can’t eat that. And she yelled “THEN DON’T EAT IT!” This has got to be the worst place I’ve every been in to eat and the rudest owner and service.

Ps. Owner responded to this review that I wanted a free meal. I never asked to have it removed from my bill. We simple paid and did not leave her a tip being she was our waitress.

Favorite stop on our way back from the shore. Good food. Friendly staff. It’s small, so if you are a big party you may have to wait and sitting together might not be an option. I love the decor inside this old little train diner car.

As a local, I like to support local businesses. I come in for breakfast often and enjoy the food along with the best (except for mine lol) coffee I’ve drank out in ages! It’s nice talking to the owners and getting to know each other. See you soon!
On 7/29 I stopped in and had an awesome cheesesteak!

Stopped with my sons on our way to Wildwood. I discovered that this humble diner makes the best crabmeat sandwich I’ve ever had. Blows away any fancy seafood joint.

I love this old place… I enjoyed talking to the owners while I was there. It’s hard times I hope the neighbors come out to support this classic, timeless little diner.
