Named LA’s most underrated restaurant by Eater! Though it’s housed in a 1946 building that once hosted patrons such as Mae West and the Rolling Stones, Ingo’s is far from your traditional diner. Since 2015, the Santa Monica restaurant has featured a sleek midcentury design with a full bar and an array of locally sourced farm to table dishes. Our chefs are proud to take trips twice a week to one of the country’s leading farmers markets to ensure Ingo’s offerings are dedicated to local growers and producers. Our bar features handcrafted seasonal cocktails, quality draft beer and curated wine primarily from the West Coast. The kitchen is open until 8pm on Sundays, 9pm Wednesday & Thursday and 10pm on Friday & Saturday.
Sleek bistro with booths & a long bar serving locally sourced American classics & craft cocktails.

There’s an adorable little shop attached perfect for small gifts and personal/household items.
We came on a weekday and were sat immediately with no reservation, wait staff was attentive, and our food came out quickly.
My mom doesn’t eat meat and was so excited to try their quinoa burger. Although it was messy to eat, I have to admit it was delicious.
I got the fried chicken which was wonderfully spiced. The breading had a nice crispy crunch, and the chicken moist and flavorful inside. I thought the addition of cashews to the greens was a clever twist to the dish as well.
Definitely will be back to try more thing on their menu. I can see this being a perfect place to grab a cocktail and apps with friends night out!
With its New York–style vibe, dimly lit atmosphere, and cozy booths, it strikes the perfect balance between nostalgic and modern. Whether you’re in for lunch, dinner, or just a drink at the bar, it’s got that inviting, timeless diner feel.
On the food side, the cheeseburger was a hit with my son, while my wife really enjoyed the chicken salad. I went for the artichokes and found them excellent—simple, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The only downside for me was the wine: my glass of Cabernet didn’t quite live up to the quality promised by the menu.
Prices lean toward the higher end, but they’re very much in line with other quality spots on the Westside. For the vibe, setting, and overall experience, it’s well worth it.
The service is top-notch. Every server we talked to was super friendly and knew all about the place, the menu, and the drinks.
We tried a few cocktails, but the one that really stood out was the Ramos Old-Fashioned, so full of taste!
The food was just as impressive. The cheeseburger is made with Angus beef that’s ground to order. You could tell the difference, it was juicy and fresh. The lobster pasta was incredible — the pasta is made fresh in-house and it totally shows. We closed with the olive oil cake, light, delicate, and probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
Parking’s not bad — plenty of street spots, just check for meters depending on the time of day.
Food and service was excellent. The chefs, staff and GM are good people and were great to talk to about event details, very courteous and knowledgeable. Chef Jordan is a gem
The gift shop in the front is worth the trip also. Fair prices for a good selection of cute, ecletic and useful items
Thank you Diner Antonette team for a memorable time with delicious food ❤️
Our server, Erika, was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious — beautiful presentation and tasty. Everyone loved their meals! They also have a great happy hour with well-priced drinks and really unique, tasty cocktails. I forgot to take pictures but shout out for the peach and cheese appetizer, the hashbrowns in the skillet or delicious, and if you like bake crispy bacon, it was the best. We had omelettes, chicken sandwich, and cheeseburgers, which were all excellent.
Diner Antoinette was a great find in for us. . We’ll definitely be back!
