This picture does not do this dish justice. My son and I just kept saying THIS. IS. SO. GOOD. The chicken was tender, the rice full of flavor and perfect texture. The plantains offered a perfect balance. We also weren’t sure what to get and so just said give us whatever. We will 100 percent go back and try more of the dishes.

Excellent food prepared with traditional Dominican savory (not hot) spices, including vegetarian options. Dina’s is located in the Flagship City Food Hall which is recently updated with new and clean facilities (notably clean and bright restrooms).
I ordered the Bandera (choice of protein, rice, & 1 side) with chicken and mixed rice. I couldn’t decide between avocado and sweet plantains, so I got an extra side. Most menu items are naturally gluten free and the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. You will not be disappointed.

We ate delicious Dominican food at Dina’s. We are vegetarian, but was able to satisfy our appetite with the beans and rice, plantain, cassava, and avocado. It was delicious. The atmosphere is food hall atmosphere, which isn’t great that’s why it’s a three. The customer service was wonderful and welcoming.

Awesome food and terrific people making it. Our first time eating in the food hall, glad I stopped here. Roasted chicken and rice, plus plantains. So good. She also recommended the fried cheese ball which was amazing.

After stopping into Flagship Food Hall only to find Enrique’s closed, we decided to give Dina’s a try — and we’re so glad we did! The food looked and smelled amazing, which immediately drew us in.

We ordered the pork with mixed rice and sweet plantains, and the flavor was absolutely off the charts. The fresh-made empanadas were another major highlight — both the chicken and beef were excellent, though we gave the slight edge to the chicken.

On top of the fantastic food, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Dina’s is absolutely worth supporting — we’ll definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed my food. The flavors are great and portion is large. The man behind the counter was helpful as I didn’t know what I wanted he made food suggestions. The fritters have a really unique and delicious taste.

I came here on a random Monday, the place wasn’t really busy but the surrounding food shops were nice. The service here is good and the workers care about the food. I got a chicken bowl and it was good and fresh but no amazing flavor popped out but still good overall.

I’ve come here plenty of times and as I have the Proportions just got smaller and smaller with every visit the flavor for the beef is the best anything else I can say is hit and miss. I absolutely do love there fruit drinks!!!! But I will not be a customer for them anymore I paid 20$ and got about a kids meal portion I am very displeased. There are about 6 chunks of meat, I was better off going to chipotle

Delicious food but confusing hours. They were closed when it said they were open and they never answered the phone for me to be able to confirm.

Edit: I checked google and their Facebook after Christmas and it said they would be open 12/27… I drove there on 12/27 and wouldn’t you know it? No one was there. So unprofessional and disappointing considering how good the food was. I won’t be returning.

This is genuinely the best food I’ve had in Erie, and I’ve never eaten Dominican food before. The pork was absolutely amazing and melted in my mouth. I felt warm and cozy inside after eating here.
