Tonight was my 3rd visit and it just gets better each time!
Firstly the food is amazing. Iv never tasted an onion bhaji so good!! The meat melts in your mouth and is full of flavour!
Secondly the staff are wonderful. So welcoming, friendly and attentive.
Lastly I’m so glad we finally tried this restaurant as we will be visiting on a regular basis.

As soon I walked in loved the atmosphere the waiters were warm and welcoming and the service was amazing.The food was on another level I have cannot begin to describe everything was so flavourful and fresh.You can taste the authenticity in every dish .Portions were generous , spices perfectly balanced .I haven’t had an Indian in a while and my friend recommended this restaurant but safe to say I will definitely be coming back I highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing night ☺️

What a shame, I have been going to the Dinajpur for nearly 20 years and have known Ikki for a long time even from the saffron days. We have moved house for nearly 8 years and we came to Bletchley to visit some friends with some of our friends who came from Australia to see us. We all gathered and thought we might as well go to the Dinajpur as were familiar with the place and possibly go and suprise Ilky. There was 9 of us and when we went the restaurant was quiet. I asked one of the young waiters about Iky and he said he was on holiday to Morocco so it was a shame as we couldn’t meet him. Anyways we were sat down by the staff and one particular waiter knew us from the past took our drinks and made us comfortable. When we placed the food order the same waiter came to us and was having a conversation and from nowhere he called my friend OVERSIZED and FAT which her partner took it very offensively and she felt humiliated in front of my friends. She suffers from illness which she can’t control the changes to my body weight but him calling her that was absolutely disgusting and out of order. At that moment her partner wanted to smack him one but he instead asked for the drinks bill and walked out. We left the restaurant just having drinks but it was a great shame for 20 years knowing someone and on his absence his staff treat clients like that wonder why the dinajpur is quite in business otherwise getting a table in that place 20 years ago was a different story. Sorry Ikky you won’t be seeing me anymore and neither my friends they were curry lovers and go out every Friday night to Stoney Stratford to eat and they only live behind the restaurant but after witnessing that behaviour of your staff I don’t think they are coming back. Need to recruit new people pal

We popped in for a late lunch so it was very quiet, we were the only two people in there. I ordered a Korma with Keema Rice and it was superb. A rich creamy sauce that wasn’t too sweet. The Butter Chicken was also silky smooth and not full of sugar. Very good curry.

So 2 weeks ago me and 3 of my friends went for a meal at the Dinajpur, I really don’t know where to start. The restaurant is absolutely filthy and so outdated that I didn’t want to even continue with my evening there. The carpets are so black that the shoes feel as if it gets stuck on the carpet. The decor is horrendous and looks so outdated. The sofas were hurting my legs because the leather has peels off. Anyways we ordered drinks and popadoms and the chutney the pickles were stale tasted like that have been left for a while on the tray and not been replaced. Curry was somewhat ok when the food arrived. The staff were not very helpful as they were hard to find and they were on their phone most of the time near the bar or in the corner. The place is lacking leadership and service . Anyways to top it up we had to go to the bar to pay for the bill as the staff were no where to be seen.

The Maas Jalfrezi is a Fish dish – I would recommend having it with Jira Rice. It is very spicy if you like spicy!

Usually I would highly recommend the dinajpur Indian restaurant but after yesterday I will never go again. We ordered through their website once we completed our order we which we paid close to £50 for, the order stuck on “waiting for response from restaurant”.
So we called up and the staff was less than helpful telling us that they are no longer using online and there is nothing he can do to help. I told them I will come to the restaurant and speak to the manager who was “unavailable”.
As we arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by the man I spoke on the phone and he was telling me a new story that they can’t turn on the online order because machine is not on and he has been told to not turn it on, as I explained to him if you are not taking online orders then you need to update your website and close your just eat to say closed as I won’t be the first customer with this issue. He showed me the machine used for just eat and said see. I explained that we ordered through the website and you need to find a way to contact your website provider to cancel the order. His mannerisms was so poor just shrugging his shoulders and not caring that we spent a lot of money and we was left with no food not a sorry how can I fix this it was just such poor customer service.
After he realised we wasn’t going to leave he begrudgingly contacted the website provider but only because we explained that it is his responsibility to do so. We finally got our refunded from the website and then to top it off he then pulled out receipts for a dozen other individuals who had the same issue from previous days.
We left after this, but we will no longer be ordering from dinajpur again and will be reminding our friends and family of our experience of this poor customer care.

Excellent quality and flavor, great service. Some confusion with larger groups though on multiple occasions just need to be organized if bringing one! Worth bringing groups though.
