I would recommend making a reservation because this place is packed! There’s a window that you a watch the cooks make fresh dumplings by hands. The cucumbers salad is so refreshing, crunchy and the chili oil sauce is so savory. I’ve never had such tender beef until I tried out their beef noodle soup. The soup is savory and flavorful with fresh egg noodles. The shrimp dumplings are a must!!!! There’s no words to describe the sauce it was served with. The sauce has a little kick and soooo flavorful. The fish dumplings was plain and not as flavorful but if you dip it in the shrimp dumpling sauce, it’ll taste better. The stir fried green beans is fresh and crunchy, tastes very delicious in the garlic stir fry. Pork xialong Vai’s are also a must! The dumplings are packed with flavorful meat and soup inside. I love slurping the soup. Ended the meal with a refreshing shaved ice with mango topped with condensed milk!!! Great service and the prices are very reasonable.

Always a solid choice when I’m in Vegas. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and consistent. The pork ribs were tender with a perfect glaze, the spicy wontons had just the right amount of heat, and the garlic green beans and cucumber salad balanced everything out nicely. We paired it with black tea, which made it feel light but satisfying.

Really fast to sit down. This place was so good I can’t even tell you. The service was spot on and attentive. The place was packed but get our food came out really quick. One thing that really stood out for us was how quiet it was even though there were so many people there. Everything we got was incredible. I highly recommend eating here.

Had a late lunch here after a conference we attended. I loved walking in and seeing them hand making the dumplings.
We were seated pretty quickly, had a little bit of a table change before we were seated.
Everything we got was really good. The cucumber salad was so refreshing and flavorful. The ribs were delicious and tender.
The mojito was good but the martini is one of the best drinks I have ever had.
We had the pork xaio long buns and chicken dumplings both were delicious but my absolute favorite thing was the garlic string beans. I could have eaten just those and been happy.
The pan friend noodles were really good, wish there was a bit more flavor in the shrimp.
The dessert was the top notch. The chocolate buns with the sea salt creame was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while.
I would definitely eat here again.

We had high hopes… we ate at the Din Tai Fung in Torrance CA and loved it. So when we found out they opened a place in Vegas we had to go. Just wasn’t blown away like before. Everything was just good. Not amazing like in CA. But still had a great time and enjoyed. If you never ate at a Din Tai Fung go give it a try. The chicken soup dumplings are great.

My husband and I were staying at the Aria for a conference during a weekday. We tried to get a dinner reservation but everything was booked up a couple of days in advance, so we went for a late lunch instead.
When we arrived, the lady just outside the restaurant was very nice. As we waited for our table you could see the dumplings being made, which was pretty cool. However, while we were watching that, we noticed an employee bring out a new batch of filling for the dumplings and he just piled the new batch on the old batch of filling. The new batch was definitely fresher because you could see the old batch was a little grey in comparison. That sorta grossed us out but I’m sure they knew what they were doing?
The food we ordered: crab and kurobuta pork xiao long bao (it was good but we couldn’t taste the crab and it wasn’t sealed properly as most were filled with liquid), vegan buns (tasty but only half the bun was filled and it needed salt), sticky rice shao mai with kurobuta pork and mushroom (probably our favorite), chicken wonton soup (tasty), shrimp and kurobuta pork pot stickers (okay but again, some were filled with liquid).
Our waitress was very nice and didn’t rush us after we were finished with our food. The meal was pretty affordable considering all that we had ordered but we were hungry not too long after. I love how open the restaurant is. It had great light coming in from the outside, so having an earlier reservation ended up working out.
Overall, we had a good experience and it’s worth going back to try different things. I wish we would have tried the sweet and sour pork baby back ribs and some of the desserts.

The wait without reservation can be long. It took us about 45 minutes for a table. This was our 2nd visit to this location. The food and service are outstanding as well as very reasonable prices. The food is consistent. We would highly recommend the cucumber salad—very refreshing and tasty with just a slight kick. Also it’s cool to see the chefs making the dumplings while you are waiting for the table.

I swear those string beans have crack (meant in the nicest way possible). They’re so good! The soup dumplings especially the wrapper is always so consistently thin. The chocolate mochi with sea salt foam also delicious.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience at Din Tai Fung while we visited Vegas in mid-December. We made reservations a few days prior, which we highly recommend as we overheard wait times were over one hour as we were checking in. Our server, Ellie, was so sweet and knowledgeable and gave us recommendations that we took advantage of (the yuzu margarita and the added side of cream with our mochi chocolate dessert). We typically review menus beforehand so we had a game plan going into the meal. The standout dish was the spicy chicken wontons! This was the last dish to come out for us. We wish it arrived earlier or at the same time as our noodle dishes as we would have soaked up the remaining broth with our noodles. One of the best meals we’ve had and will certainly be returning. Excited for the Scottsdale location to open soon!

WOW! everyone has been telling me to check this place out for years. So many YouTubers recommend it too and for good reason! This was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had! The service was PHENOMENAL! My waitress was enthusiastic and engaging. She made some incredible recommendations but the star was the food. WOW! Far exceeded my expectations! I got a mixture of dumplings and one soup dumpling but the absolute star of the show was the desert. I got the chocolate mochi dumplings and I have been dreaming about them ever since. They were so soft and when you bit into them it was an explosion of rich, delicious chocolate in your mouth! I HIGHLY recommend them! As well as the steamed shrimp and pork bundles! The spicy cucumber was the best I’ve had in Vegas right behind Best Friend. Everything really was incredible! I can’t wait to go back!! I also got an incredible lemonade that was so fresh and delicious!
